Biography:
Born to a if not well-to-do family, but financially sound in the city of Rockville, Maryland, in March 3, 1952, to a family of four. His grandparents were immigrants from Ireland to Maryland, and were laborers. His father started a small business, a tool shop, and his mother was a registered nurse. He attended the University of Maryland School of Law after gaining a degree in History, for his own interest. After many rejections is Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and New York law firms, he became a public defender in Baltimore. He was known for his fiery attitude and dedication to all who he was assigned. Though not the best attorney, his conviction to defend was appreciated. He had an above-average victory rate for a public defender, and became known as a defender of downtrodden for some. His strong conviction and popularity carried him up the ranks. Near to becoming District Attorney, he was plucked to be U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland. He became nationally known in 1989 for prosecuting Billionaire real estate developer Micheal Barton on securities fraud and insider trading. Riding his new fame, he ran for the 5th Maryland District, winning in a landslide. His congressional record is above-par to others, and his general blandness and popular history made him a favorite among House Democrats, and he had a swift travel to the Judiciary Committee Chairmanship, later to the chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. He met his wife, Julie Friedman, 20 years her senior, in 1995, and daughter of a disgraced Delaware Senator. His brother is a controversial wall-street executive at Goldman Sachs, with an interesting story of his own.
Other Info: Has two children. One, his daughter Adriana Rhodes, is an community organizer, charity owner, and writer. The other, his son Mark Rhodes, is the owner of an start-up Dubai real-estate development company, OneWorld.

Why did you change his son's job?

Anyway-I suppose it's time we figure out how we're handling the character limit going forward.

I figure that, going into 2017, we open it up to allow the vets one new character if they want it. Imp gets Jackson, Xath Nomie, San whatshername, Port Dorrance, you Rhodes, etc.

Then possibly in the future, maybe, we'd do a slot-filer kind of deal on the administration or possibly a Rep.
