Character Name: Venn Kellic

Gender: Male

Appearance:
Apperance (Imagine wearing Imperial Admiral Uniform and having Amber/Yellow eyes)
Inquisitor Outfit

Species: Human

Age: 39

Universe of origin: Star Wars

Alignment: Lawful Neutral

Abilities: Standard Lightside Force Powers (push, pull, etc), Force Lightning, Force Choke, Lightsaber trained in mainly Form II Makashi, Form V Djem So and Form VII Juyo

Weaknesses: Despite years of self-training and self-teaching, he still hasn't officially been trained beyond an Inquisitor (who are mainly supposed to hunt lower ranking Jedi rather than become full Sith themselves), and he was expelled from the Order while he was a padawan

Personality: Venn seems like a serious person, but really he's actually rather nice and supportive, he respects his men and cares for them like a family, and is willing to do for those he cares about.

Noteworthy Equipment: Blaster Pistol, Inquisitor Double-Bladed Spinning Lightsaber

Backstory (minimum of one paragraph): Kellic was born in 35 BBY a member of the Jedi Order, taken from his parents at a young age as per the usual. He would be trained in the ways of the Jedi, finding himself to have a higher level of force adaptation than his other peers, as well as becoming very efficient in lightsaber combat, finding the attention of the higher ranking Jedi. He would become a Padawan at the age of 13, and at the age of 14 would fight in the Clone Wars. However, he would become more interested in the Force, and eventually stumbled across the Dark Side, studying it in secret. Towards the end of the Clone Wars at the age of 16, Kellic would be expelled from the Jedi Order after his delvings into the Dark Side were discovered. He would be spared the massacre at the Jedi Temple and Order 66

He would join the Republic Officer Academy, which would soon become the Imperial Officer Academy. He would at first become a Lieutenant and would become quite known in his local area because of his competency and efficiency. He would later be promoted to the rank of Commander, and be given command of a Tartan Patrol Cruiser, this is when Kellic would really become prominent. He started using his lone Tartan to lead anti-piracy operations, liberating an entire sector of a major pirate problem that had been plaguing it for years. He would also go to different planets and crush different black market activities, liberating them of corruption. He became known as a very reliable and incorruptible soldier in the Navy.

Because of his services, in 13 BBY he'd be promoted to Captain, but before he could transfer to his new ship, he'd encounter Darth Vader. Vader would sense his force sensitivity. The official story is that Kellic had been transferred to some sort of secret project, unofficially he had been captured by Darth Vader. Vader eventually forced Kellic to join the Sith Inquisitors, instead of outright killing him because of hearing about his delving into the Dark Side when he had been Anakin Skywalker. Kellic would spend 3 brutal years of training in the Inquisitors, before finally being sent off. He would spend time going on missions hunting rebels and suspected Jedi for the next 5 years, quickly rising through the ranks of the Inquisitorius, and quickly becoming one of it's most effective, gaining a slight bit of favour from Darth Vader.

But throughout that time, Venn still held some of the beliefs of the Jedi Order, making him more Grey (in terms of alignment anyway) then completely dark. In 5 BBY, he would be assigned by Vader to start hunting down Rebels and he was given a Star Destroyer, and he would return to his identity as Captain Kellic because Vader found that Imperials were more likely to listen to other Imperials then Sith better. Kellic returned to active duty in the Imperial Navy commanding the newly named Malak, named after the Sith Lord that had reigned thousands of years ago, mainly to appease Darth Vader. With this limited yet larger than before independence, Kellic started doing other things along with hunting down the Rebellion.

He would start retraining the crew to turn them into an efficient fighting machine, and he would also resume his Anti-Corruption Operations as a side objective. He would even go on unofficial Humanitarian Aidings to different planets using his Star Destroyer to transport supplies. His original objective to hunt down the Rebellion was also very successful, as he destroyed several major Rebel Cells in the next few years. Later, Kellic would get mortally wounded while he was investigating a supposed Rebel Base and it self-destructed. Vader, not wanting to lose one of his most efficient Inquisitors if any case anything like that happened again, assigned veteran Mandalorian ISB Agent Kal Ordo as Kellic's 'Bodyguard.' The two would eventually become friends.

Kellic would eventually interact with Vader more in 2 BBY, in which after the death of his secret apprentice Galen Marek, Vader would start drawing up contingency plans, one of which was to make Kellic his (probably temporary) apprentice if the time was needed. Kellic was a prime choice because he was considered to be one of the best in the ranks of the Inquisitors, and has been known to absorb knowledge very quickly. Even though his training has technically been completed, to prepare him in case he wanted to take Kellic as his (most likely temporary) apprentice, Vader started giving Kellic additiona limited training, only enough so that if Vader did take him as an apprentice, he could easily finish his training.

This, along with Kellic's influence in the Imperial Navy that allowed him to secretly get knowledge and artefacts of the Jedi and Sith (ironically, some from the Black Market), made Kellic more powerful than the average Inquisitor. Eventually, 0 BBY/ABY would come, and the Death Star be destroyed. During the Rebel evacuation of Yavin IV, many of the transports and ships that attempted to escape were captured or destroyed by Kellic. This, along with his continuous service to the Empire, convinced higher Imperial Officers (along with some persuasion by Vader) to promote Kellic to Admiral. Vader would also be pleased with Kellic's progress, and rewarded him with a squadron of TIE Defenders, and giving him a prototype TIE Defender Elite as his personal starfighter.

With his newly found increased influence, Kellic was able to increase his personal efforts, including reforms in his fleet, crushing even more corruption and criminals throughout the Galaxy, and sending more humanitarian aid missions to different planets. All of this would make Kellic seem like the ideal Imperial, and an officer who stood up for the ideals the Empire should be standing for.

All this would change in 4 ABY, when the Battle of Endor would conclude in the death of both Sidious and Vader. Kellic would attempt to defend the remnants of the Empire, however it proved futile as the amount of support the Newly formed New Republic had was too much to compete with. Eventually, Kellic and the Malak would be separated from the rest of the Kellic's fleet after they were ambushed by the New Republic, Kellic ordering his fleet to scatter and to rendezvous with him later, as he and his ship made an emergency jump to hyperspace. There, they would find a strange portal like object.....

Faction Name: Star Destroyer Malak

Faction History: The Imperial I Class Star Destroyer had at first been named the Avenger. The Star Destroyer had been like the others in the fleet, simply another warship in the crowd of the Imperial Fleet, filled with mostly conscripted members. However this all changed when one day a captain known as Venn Kellic was given command of it, in which he renamed the Avenger to the Malak. Quickly he started reshaping and reworking the entire crew, turning them into efficient and effective men and soldiers. He lead them through mission after mission, crushing rebels, pirates, and criminals alike, quickly becoming renowned and the prime example of what an Imperial Star Destroyer should be like. They ended corruption on different planets, destroyed extremist groups, and even lead unofficial supply runs to starving planets.

In other words, they became a famous war vessel that, unlike other Imperial Vessels, actually showed the peace, prosperity, and security that the Empire was supposed to be representing. The crew themselves were of a much, much higher quality then the crew of the average Star Destroyer. Not only that, but they soon came to respect Kellic because of how, unlike other Imperial Officers, treated every man with respect and unwilling to send his men on dangerous missions unless he was there too. This respect of the entire crew lead to them unofficially pledging their alliegence to Kellic rather then the Empire.

Soon, this would all change, a week after Endor, where the Imperial Vessel would find some sort of strange energy anomaly....

Universe of Origin: Star Wars

Faction Leader: Venn Kellic

Important Faction Characters:
Kal Ordo: Mandalorian ISB Agent tasked with protecting Kellic, highly skilled in combat from both the ISB training he had and his Mandalorian Past
Arnold Venka: Kellic's second in command, fanatically loyal to Kellic

Military Forces: 1x Imperial I Class Star Destroyer, 36x TIE Fighters, 24x TIE Interceptors, 12x TIE Bombers, 8x TIE Defenders, 5x Alpha-class Xg-1 Star Wings, 9,700 Stormtroopers, 20x AT-ATs, 30x AT-STs

Civilian population: None

Technological tier:

Any important additional info: Unlike other Imperial Vessels, the Malak's Crew and troops are all fully trained and are of some of the most top quality, unlike their much less effective conscripted counterparts, they're also fanatically loyal to Kellic.

Alright, after discussing things with Monte, we have a few concerns: firstly, we'd like to see more detail about how he was able to survive Order 66. As Monte pointed out, just no longer being a member of the Order should not be enough to write him off Palpatine's proscription list as evidenced by Ahsoka's still being targeted by her clone troopers despite having already left the Order. (I might suggest having him at least change his name and appearance after hearing that Jedi were being targeted). We'd also like to see more detail about how he was able to maintain any sort of decency or kindness while serving in a military as cutthroat and ruthless as the Empire, and particularly while studying directly under Darth Vader (who isn't likely to approve of anything short of total ruthlessness).

As to the faction app, I'd like you to swap out the Alpha-class Xg-1 Star Wings for the appropriate Sentinel-class landing craft (as per the wiki), and I'd suggest adding a few Theta-class barges to get your AT-ATs on the ground. Finally, we found your statement that "The crew themselves were of a much, much higher quality then the crew of the average Star Destroyer" to be somewhat concerning. Having a competent crew is fine, but your Stormtroopers shouldn't be at the level of Death Troopers or anything if that's what you mean. Other than that though, the rest of the app looks fine, so once those corrections are made I'll accept it.

I've edited my app, and i'd like to tell you that much much better was a bit of an exaggeration, because many of the stormtroopers were pretty crappy because of conscription and low morale, so i'm just saying that my troops are actually to a good standard, and were actually good soldiers instead of, well.....

Srsly! There are things called iron sights and scopes, WHICH YOU HAVE ON YOUR BLASTERS!

And how the hell does a farmer boy (even if he does have the force) have better accuracy then the supposed "Elite Shock Troops of the Empire"

Anyways, included in the edit is that Kellic changed his name, face, and even changed how old he looked via surgery and got forged papers (his original name was Elax Kun), so that fixes Order 66 survival.

I also removed the humanitarian aid and added that Kellic had to occasionally do some pretty dark things so to avoid suspicion from Vader. How dark? When they wanted to try and find the droids, Kellic and his stormtroopers were the ones they sent to Aunt Beru and Uncle Owen's farm. So yeah, that dark.

I always assumed the stormtroopers we saw in the films were actually good soldiers with good marksmanship, but were intentionally missing - after all, for example, you need Han, Chewie, and the others alive in order to let them escape so the homing beacon you installed on their ship can help you find the rebel base.

We also saw how quickly the Imperial troops trashed the Rebel base in Empire Strikes Back, and their defeat to the Ewoks in Return of the Jedi wasn't exactly a huge upset - after all, the Ewoks had a home-field advantage, against troops and equipment not familiar with the environment, and had previously managed to defeat a group of armed Rebels; add to that that the Ewoks mostly only won because Chewie hijacked an AT-ST halfway through.

After finding out about the huntings of Jedi, Kun would change alter his appearance with surgery as well as making himself look older, forging false papers, and changing his name to Venn Kellic, an identity he still prefers today. He would join the Imperial Officer Academy, one of the reasons is because the Imperial Army wasn't exactly on the best of terms with Sith like Vader as he had learned via rumours, and that perhaps there were still some soldiers who sympathised with the Jedi. He would at first become a Lieutenant and would become quite known in his local area because of his competency and efficiency. The two would eventually become friends. Also during this time, and throughout his entire career, Kellic would hold a sort of decency when dealing with his enemies, keeping deals and giving mercy to his enemies. Most of the time, however, this had to be done in secret, and there were several occasions where Kellic had to do some rather merciless actions, so to not gain suspicion from Lord Vader and other less reputable Imperials (remember Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru, ya, he did that).

Kellic would eventually interact with Vader more in 2 BBY, in which after the death of his secret apprentice Galen Marek, Vader would start drawing up contingency plans, one of which was to make Kellic his (probably temporary) apprentice if the time was needed. Yeah, I think they're more skilled than most folks give them credit for as well. Part of their problem is their armor, which certainly seems to have been designed more to look intimidating than it was to be useful or practical (Rex certain seems to believe that it's inferior to clone armor in Rebels: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vaqq0zGPyHU :p ). Though I suppose that would kind of be expected in light of the Tarkin doctrine, and given the fact that Stormtroopers were originally intended for more of a policing roll than to be soldiers in a galaxy spanning war. That they're able to function as well as they do despite that limitation suggests they've got to be pretty skilled.

TBF Stormtroopers armor wasn't designed to make the wearer impervious to damage, just to save them. Getting hit with a blaster would leave them bleeding and fucked up, but they would live.

Stormtroopers were also all volunteers or conscripts, so less skilled than Clones, but their training was still good, and the main reason they usually look bad is due to plot armor.

I'm a Stormtrooper fan though, so yeah.

I'm a clone trooper fan but even I know the storm troopers aren't bad. With everything else that was mention from the limitations of the Tarkin Doctrine, Plot Armor, and the fact they were more of a police force there is also the fact that the Empire can be really cheap when it comes to some of their resources (The Tie fighter series comes to mind). Sure they would try to make each storm trooper adequate with it's job but it would never reach the same level of quality as the clone trooper armor.

Hey Warglorian, after seeing "Around the space station were several ships, most seemed to be quite small and seemed to be the threat level of a Corvette or light cruiser" written in your post, Dem and I just wanted to clarify that most of the player ships are larger than you made them sound, and some are larger than the Star Destroyer. The current player Capital ships (including yours, just so we have all the numbers in case other folks are curious and for future reference) and their sizes are: the Exoterra which is 6.4km long, the Morgana which is 2km long, the Purity of Reverence which is 1.782km long, the Malak which is 1.6km long, the Rampart which is 1km long, the Manhattan which is 700 meters long, and the Constitution which is 685 meters long.

(And also, in case you didn't see the image of the Rampart, we wanted to point out that it is pretty similar in appearance to the Hammerhead-class ships in Star Wars which the Rebellion was known to use. Just thought that might be something that'd catch Kellic's attention ;) )

Id also like to ask what are their tech tiers?

I’d also (if you could, just asking) like to ask when I could expect a reply, because things have been really dormant here lately

Yep, if you go to the Faction Roster in the OP, the links will take you to the different players' faction apps which include their ships (usually in the military forces section of the app). Their tech tiers are listed in those apps as well (most are tier 2 or 3). And a reply will probably be up sometime tomorrow or the next day.

My ship took a while to have an image for it because it was made by a friend of mines but here is the image.
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/ ... ineart.png

The ship is a fusion of both advanced technology and paranormal technology and magic was even used during it's productions (a good example are the runes that boost the strength of the outer hull so that way the ship won't be taken out in one shot by a laser).

Faction Name: Ordo Coeleste/The Celestial Order

(Please remove everything in brackets upon completion of this application)

Faction History: Preceptors, observers, beholders, chroniclers of mysteries and the unexplainable; these are just one of many titles attached to the ancient order known to most as the Ordo Coeleste. The order has existed in many incarnations, all following the dangerous but rewarding task of observing and recording the eldritch lore and dark secrets of the world and categorizing the numerous anomalous phenomenons and entities along with collecting objects attached to these anomalies.

The Ordo Coeleste has as an extensive, complicated, and murky history that has fact and fiction easily blur together to make it hard to know what events in their past is true. One such example of this fusion of factual historical information and folklore that has passed through the ages is that the order was a mysterious sect of scholars traces its origins far deeper to that of Babylon and with rumors that state that they were these scholars where planner that designed the blueprints for the mythical Tower of Babylon to reach to the heaven and gain the knowledge of the gods, an order that fled to Egypt once the tower was destroyed.

The order stayed in the land of the pharaohs to fulfill their mission and for many years lived in peace until they assisted Nitocris and many others in a conspiracy to kill her brother after he gain access to dark magic to manipulate both spirits of the dead and the inhuman, fleeing when they found out that the female pharaoh was possessed by some of the former pharaohs spirits and tried to kill them all, yet a few of their eldest members remained as they made a pact with the female pharaoh to make sure that should she become a thrall to her brother's spirits that they would burn her and all of the thralls created by the dark spirits.

With their oldest members gone, many of whom were the leaders of the order, many fled to either Greece or Persia and formed different branches of the order. Those of Greece lived in the city state of Athens and attracted many great scholars and philosophers, with rumors of some of the great intellectual minds of ancient Greece either having members or knowing members of the order. The Greek order would assist Athens in their war against Sparta using their arcane knowledge and supernatural powers and while at first it was enough to help Athens win several key battles they did not turn the tide enough to win the war as Sparta had too many skilled generals and deadly military tactics on their side along with their allies. The Greek Order also encountered a hidden cabal of war mages within Sparta who during the war fought for Sparta and manage to overwhelm the order due to their skills on war based magic. Once Athens lost and Sparta was in charge many from the Greek Order fled to Persia.

By the time Alexander the Great arrived and conquered Persia the two separate orders were already reunited and each learned much from their former wayward counterparts and with the Macedonian general king conquering Persia, Egypt, and Greece many within the precursor order decided to once more create new branches back in former lands the order once called home. When Alexandra's empire fractured the group that soon be called the Ordo Coeleste also fractured into three separate sects but unlike the empire of the great general king their break up was more controlled and it was done to increase the survival of the order as a whole.

Those that went to Egypt would find the perfect location to serve as their headquarters as the Macedonian king left behind a great structure that would serve as the archives for all fields of knowledge for mankind to use, the Great library of Alexandria. The Egyptian order would worked in a hidden section within the Library of Alexandria that collected many occult tomes and arcane literature and many other scrolls and books that relate to the supernatural and metaphysical aspects of the world while gathering books on more secular parts, making copies of what they have learned in the great library and sending these copies to their counterparts throughout the known world throughout the known world.

By the time Rome conquered both Greece and Egypt the two orders from those states were able to adapt quite nicely with Roman life and some even gain great positions within the Roman senate and can even influence politics within the republic. However this increase in their power and their keeping of dangerous occult tomes that they willing allow any person to read should they pay the right fee drawn in many enemies like the Cult of Mercury and one secret society that is rumor to have been an older incarnation of the modern occult organization AEGIS, it was these two great powers in the Roman occult underground and others that convinced the famous general and future dictator of Rome, Gaius Julius Caesar, to march his army to Egypt and to burn down the library, making the Egyptian order scatter throughout the Roman Republic, some being killed by their enemies while others manage to disappear into safe houses.

Those in Persia while remaining safe from the onslaught that befell their Egyptian brothers and sisters from Persia however as Shapur II religious policies became harsher many fled as they feared that they would eventually suffer the wrath of the Persian ruler for hersey. However even their safe haven in Rome would soon find trouble as Constantine the Great would make Christianity the main religion of the Roman Empire and do to their work being related to sorcery and pagan faiths along with holding knowledge that contradicts with what was told in the Bible the members of the Order would be persecuted by zealot mobs and many of their artifacts and books destroyed and burned, the worse of these assaults being done the Coptic Pope Theophilus who lead a mob to destroy the daughter library of the Great Library of Alexandria.

As the Christians of Rome continue to attack the order, some being secretly lead by their enemies who were also being attacked by the same mob, many fled back to Persia as the harsh policies of religion eventually faded and it appeared as a safe haven with only some refusing to move and instead cleverly make fake renouncement of their ties with the order and convert to Christianity but still uphold their duty to the Order. Those in Persia would eventually do the same once the Muslims conquer the former great empire.

The history of the order by this is working within the shadows to perform their duties while avoiding the eyes of most religious authorities. Oddly a splinter group of the order would break away from the main order once the Crusades was called and many Christian members took the offer of annulments from the Pope to heart and a chance to reclaim lost knowledge that they believe was stolen from the Muslims, this splinter group would be known throughout history as the Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon, or known simply as the Knights Templar.

When King Philip IV of France, who was deeply in debt to the Templars, took advantage of the growing distrust the public had to the order and captured and tortured many to confess to either false crimes or even force them to reveal their ties to the proto Ordo Coeleste who used them to pressure Pope Clement V to disband the order. Many templars either fled into hiding and perished, only a few ever found a warm welcome back to the order as most perished before they can ever reunite to their old comrades.

Back in the Muslim world the branch there were shocked that members from the Christian World would join the invading armies and believing that they were abandoned cut any remaining ties with their European counterparts and began to work alone, when the Ottoman Empire conquer the falling Byzantine Empire any occult tomes and artifacts not taken by the Byzantine Order were taken by their former allies who joined the Ottomans in taking Constantinople.

The history of the Order for most of the history of the Old World is them trying to fulfil their history while getting involved in both the secular and religious institutions of their home lands to better use their political power to strike against their enemies, the most prevalent victims of these machinations being the proto AEGIS at the time who the Order ruthlessly attacked that many would flee to the New World once it is discover, yet a few stay just to use the same tactics against the Order with the worst example coming from the Spanish Inquisition which saw members from both groups being killed by Spanish Inquisitors, often them being lead by members by the rival factions.

The rivalry in the New World was just as furious in the Old World and by the time British Colonialist rebelled many within proto AEGIS sided with the revolutionaries while the Order sided with the British Empire and wish to remove the final traces of their long hated enemy, however instead their presence in the Americas would be weaken as after the Revolutionary War many either hide from their now victories rival or fled back to Europe or to South America.

By the time of the Enlightenment most of the conflict between the Order and AEGIS (who they began to call the Illuminati after they found that many of their members had ties with the Bavarian Illuminati and even agree with their ideas) and their wayward cousins from the Ottoman Empire, stuck in a tense cold war where most tried to main a measure of diplomacy to keep peace while also engaging in plenty of espionage against each other and building complicated network of alliances with other factions in the secret world and building up their occult weaponry. Many from these factions knew that war would eventually erupt but from time to time many great leaders from these factions diverted the flames of war from these groups, at least until World War One.

Once the sparks were ignited a great occult war was being waged in the shadows of the Great War; modern technology and antediluvian thaumaturgy along with experimental technomancy and paranormal technologies were used against these great powers of ancient secrets and by the end the wayward order of the east was vanquished and assimilated to the Order with a few fleeing further east or to Africa and with AEGIS being able to fully solidify their hold in the Americas and regain a strong presence in Europe once more. Just like the nations of the Great War the many occult factions in the Secret World came out with a sense of disappointment about how the world end.

Most occult organization during the interwar period tried to live in peace but when Adolf Hitler and the Nazis began their attack on the nations of Europe so too did they attack all factions within the Occult Underground. The Nazi elites were believers of the occult with Schutzstaffel (SS) Chief Heinrich Himmler being the most devoted (some would say obsessed). Himmler would use his authority and with order from the fuhrer to create a specific department in the SS that deals with the occult and the supernatural to find in any use for the Nazi war effort after reports of members within both the Ahnenerbe and Sonderkommando H of witnessing unexplained phenomena and creatures, and after a select few members from the Thulegesellschaft, or Thule Society, showed them rituals that produce real magic. This secret department would be known as the Karotechia.

Many cults, cabals, secret societies, and lone practicers of magic were targeted the Karotechia to either force them to reveal everything that they know about the occult or to force them to work with them, all while taking every arcane artifact they known and killing all of their loved ones that were useless to them. However some factions and people were killed either because they resisted against the Karotechia or because they were seen as undesirables by the Nazi racial doctrine. Of the many groups targeted the Ordo Coeleste was one of the Karotechia’s high priority target for their wealth or eldritch lore and artifacts. The order fought bravely against the march of the Third Reich but each battle saw them on the retreat as more of their members and items in their collection was taken from them until they all fled to either the United Kingdom, the Soviet Union, the United States, or other parts of the world.

Eventually they would join with their former enemy AEGIS (now known as Omega Grey) in forming a secret division within the OSS along with other occultists, sorcerers, and many others aware of the secret world to fight against the Karotechia and would continue to fight them long after the war to ensure the Karotechia can never again become a threat. The final days of World War Two had both AEGIS and the Ordo Coeleste fighting against the Karotechia in Germany in Operation Lunacy to prevent them from achieving a dangerous ritual that would see the destruction of Germany in order to to prevent it from being occupied by the invading Ally forces, a conflicted that lasted even a few years after the war's end, and Operation Ice Fortress which saw the last battle in World War Two in Antarctica to destroy a secret base located in the frozen continent.

By the time the Axis Powers have been defeated and the US and Soviets began the Cold War, Ordo Coeleste was still too weaken by the war to try and stop Soviet involvement in the European occult underground for the use of gathering new resources for their military arms and so have to rely on assistance from AEGIS who also found both American and Russian interest in occult weaponry troubling. This partnerships would result in the two factions not only spying on the two superpowers, and sometimes even undermining supernatural experiments, but also allow both factions easier access into continents that were normally seen as each other’s territories, giving them greater global reach.

With the end of the Cold War and the modern Age of Terror now looming over the Order’s head they have adapted to modernity but still keep their aged old traditions, customs, and beliefs alive. Yet within the Order there is a growing unrest between the more conservative members who wish to keep all traditions alive and to slow down modern change and a new generation who believes that the Order most turn away from more unpleasant traditions and to further embrace the ways of modernity, often in the form of new convenient and paranormal technology along with more liberal ideals.

Their relationship with AEGIS is complicated as most still wish to stay in good relationships but still don’t fully trust the organization nor do they agree with some of their actions, a sentiment also shared by AEGIS towards the Order. Because of the threat of rogue members wishing to make the two organizations fight they have formed a special committee to deal with such rough agents and anyone who wants to make the two powers fight once more. Also the remnants of the Ottoman branch of the Order have return and many of them wish to destroy the Order for what they have done to them back in World War One.

Universe of Origin: Gnosis verse

Faction Leader: The Celestial Grand Masters or The Celestial Elders

Important Faction Characters: Abelard von Astrifer- One of the grand masters of the Celestial, Abelard was one of the orders most skilled and talented hunters during his youth. A man who can face against the most powerful sorcerers, monsters, and spirits Astrifer. While his status and age has made him mostly retired from hunts the old master occasionally returns to the field if he feels that the newer generation needs his assistance. Abelard is a man who upholds the the old ideals of valor, justice, and courage, while he is a steward member of the Order who can also be a harsh critic against some of the order’s more dubious activities and misdeeds.

Wernher Wolff: A former member of the Karotechia, a secretive department of the SS made to research and weaponize the occult and supernatural, as both one of the many scientists and occultists of the organization. Once a scholar in Prussia Wolff would soon become both a scientist and occultists for the Karotechia as he worked to find practical applications for both magic and the paranormal, even how to best use them with technology. However the former nazi soon develop doubts against the agenda of the Third Reich and soon would become sickened and ashamed by atrocities committed by the nazis, eventually switching sides to the allies and working with the Order. Currently he works in the same position as he did with the Karotechia but now to use his knowledge and expertise for the betterment of humanity and to make amends for his past crimes.

Rose White: A woman in her twenties Rose is a dedicated agent who upholds some of the Order’s traditions. Coming from the British Isles and coming from a troubled past young Rose lost her family to a supernatural terror that haunts the UK and in particular Wales known as “The Raven of Branlludw”. The orphaned Rose would be adopted by family who has ties with the Order and once she was old enough was made aware of the Order’s existence and would join it, a decision that Rose feels was fated to happen. A young woman with a love for fashion, arts, and guns; she can distant at times but is kind and warm to those that she trust.

Richard Sonnac: Dignified, affable, and occasionally quite sarcastic, Richard Sonnac is not only an administrator among the Order, but the public face of the "New Celestial Order," ushering new blood into an ancient society. While a more liberal figure he still upholds some of the ideals of the order. Richard is a man who is reasonable enough to see into both the views of the old guards and rival factions, which helps in ensuring that the Order is bogged down in costly debates and ensures that the Order maintains favorable relations with high value occult organizations. Sonnac is also the liaison to agents of the Orders and to outsiders who which to interact with the order, in fact he is the first if possible.

Iain Tibet Gladstone: Explorer, scholar, expert on the occult, and current Chief Librarian of the Order. In his younger days, Gladstone spent most of his time wandering the world, observing magical phenomena, studying ancient civilizations, performing experiments and taking many, many drugs. However, after almost losing track of him in Indonesia, the Order decided he was too valuable to risk on fieldwork and too dangerous to expose to the rest of the world any longer. As such, Gladstone is currently undergoing an extensive rehabilitation at Temple Hall, prevented from leaving London and under constant supervision by the Order. However troubling times have made the Order occasionally call upon Gladstone out onto the field for his expertise, an action that the old historian and sorcerer greatly enjoys.

Julia Beatrix Tyburn: One of the main members of the Old Guards and a former huntress, Dame Julia now serves as a teacher for the new agents for the Order. Julia leads internal security to protect major sites of the order from enemy spies and works to make sure that no traitors and double agents threaten the order. Julia can be seen a uptight and respectable woman, even respecting people who don’t agree with the old ways of the order and even members or rival groups if she feels they earned it. However she is hopeless when it comes to modern technology.

Nadia Ilia Volyova: A thirty-six year old Russian aristocracy lineage, going back to the days of Saint Petersburg. Rebelling against traditions and expectations put on her by her ancestry, in her teens she flirted with many occult groups in the secret world, even going as far as to join AEGIS in her early twenties. But Richard Sonnac was able to convince to rejoin the Order after promising her of reforms made by the new order. Now assisting as an agent who infiltrates the previous occult groups that she thought of joining to gather information on them and to send back to the Order, several operations that involved in either the elimination of deadly cults or establishing diplomatic ties with other occult powers can be credited to her work. Nadia is also a skilled sorceress who mixes both the usual tradecraft of espionage with the latest spy gear and occult method.

Military Forces: Unknown, est. 3 million (in the hub: 50)

Civilian population: Unknown, est 3 million (in the hub: 50)

Technological tier: Mostly tier 4 but with occult and paranormal devices and machines that can reach tier 3.

Any important additional info: The original means of joining the Ordo Coeleste was by families and bloodlines that have ties with the order but recent reforms now have it that anyone who shows the right traits and skills can now have the potential to join the order regardless of any past ties.

Members of the Ordo Coeleste have a strong prejudice against most undead and demonic creatures due to long experiences with the worst members of their kind. However ghosts are treated with a more fair and neutral outlook, even a sense of pity as most Order member try to help the spirits of the decease to move on should they not be hostile towards the living.

The Order has a rank of classification for many things ranging from hauntings to demonic possessions to spells. Most of these ranks are used to better prepare their members what they are facing and what level of information a member of a certain rank is allow to know. However their libraries have been known to be rank free though some sections are restricted to most members for a variety of reasons, mostly for the protection of unprepared members.

While the Order has it’s own groups of hunters they consider hunters to be beneath them, seeing them as rabid dogs that destroy what they fear and don’t understand. Yet even within their own culture similarity between them and the hunters can still be seen.

The Order and AEGIS are known for their intense rivalry but the two groups can’t help but to admit that in some ways they are almost similar in some of their core ideals and in their methods of how they achieve them.

3 million

Civilian population: Unknown, est 3 million

I placed my new batch of characters at a random hall so anyone can meet them.
Naval Monte- The Mediterranean crossroads of mind-controlling conspiracies, twisted dimensions, inhuman depravity, questionable science, unholy commerce, heretical faiths, absurd politics, and cutting-edge art.

Make wonderful memories here, in Naval Monte.

Character Name: Bill S. Preston, Esq.

Gender: Male

Appearance: Image

Species: Human

Age: 18

Universe of origin: The Bill and Ted Universe

Alignment: Chaotic Good

Abilities: Able to fight, somewhat ok guitar skills, able to think things through quickly

Weaknesses: No extra resistances to everything, his step-mom, and bodacious babes

Personality: Bill is a thrill seeker, coasting on life searching for his next high. He's not particulaly motivated to do most things, but if it gets in the way of eventually becoming the greatest rock band of all time with his friend Ted, he'll find a way through it. Bill is sometimes intelligent, but it depends on the situation and is almost never applied to academics. He is quite charismatic, able to interpret and work with historical figures from several different time periods.

Noteworthy Equipment: A Guitar

Backstory (minimum of one paragraph): Bill, from what we know, is a young man who grew in San Dimas with his best friend Ted. He enjoys bands like Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden and other rock groups that were popular during the 80's. One of his most well-known goals is to start a band with Ted called Wyld Stallyns though, in Bill and Ted's Most Excellent Adventure, it's revealed that neither Bill nor Ted actually know how to play any instruments. Though, at some point he does learn how to because in the future their music becomes the foundation of society. It's unknown if Bill actually knows how to play poker but he is seen doing it in Most Excellent Adventure. He cares a lot about Ted and is willing to risk his life to avenge him. This shows when he assumes Ted is dead and begins sword fighting with the guard that allegedly "murdered" him.

Age: 18

Universe of origin: Bill and Ted

Alignment: Chaotic Good

Abilities: Mild ability to fight, limited guitar skills, a strange charismatic aura

Weaknesses: Ted has no special resistances, Is really stupid, and is quite timid when confronted by authority

Personality: Ted is a guy just along for the ride of life, wanting to experience it slow by starting a rockband with his best friend Bill. He's a friendly and charming guy, especially with women who seem to find him appealing for some reason.

Noteworthy Equipment:

Backstory: Ted grew up in San Dimas with his best friend Bill. A fan of the rock music he listened to with Bill, Ted grew up under the opressive fist of his father, the San Dimas county Sheriff and hard proponent of both the NRA and Military Academy. It seemed that one day Ted would be doomed to the academy as well, until a strange man in a phonebooth appeared at the Circle K with a message from the future. Ted's life would then change forever.

If this isn't a joke, they'd both be Tier 0; they're not really at the peak of human capability. Also, the Phonebooth definitely needs to have its time travel removed.

Yes, I plan on it being broken due to multiverse porting, and will edit.
