This one definitely looks much better, but there are still a couple points that need addressing. The armor is definitely better, but given its high mobility, being able to stand up to "the likes of 14.5×114mm" rounds seems abit much. I'd also say the suppression drone should go, given that combined with the other two that is alot of firepower. Other than that though, I think you're good to go.

Well, I'll change the 14.5x114mm to 50. Cal. (If that's too much, just yella at me). And I'll go ahead and remove suppression, given that basically it got 8 mini-guns. Also, changing the tier to 2.

(It was the only way out of J.D. having to do the impossible task of trying to surprise and shock the daylights of a robot, without using electricity which would just be stupid).

Normally I might've been alright with it, but the briefing was already over when you made the announcement (and only the new arrivals needed to be there anyway). Maybe your character could have a hidden ventriloquist talent and faked the announcement to get out of the task?

Ok. Here's my idea. J.D. and Geralt have to break off the challenge, and head to the conference room. There they find that the meeting is done and they missed it. And have to ask what they missed, while at the same time, alerting everyone that there's some kind of technical glitch going on at the Hub that gave the loudspeaker announcement in their hallway area only (since no one else is reacting to it).

A phantom voice making an announcement about a briefing that just ended in only one area of the Hub seems like a pretty weird glitch though. Since Geralt hasn't responded yet, maybe you could edit your post to make it a more likely glitch, like a flickering light or temporary loss of gravity in that area, which J.D. and Geralt can then report to the others? (Or maybe just not have a glitch and ask Geralt for a raincheck on the challenge until there's a human around?)

Basically we finished up the Skyrim universe, diffused a hostage situation on the Hub after getting back, briefed the new arrivals, and the characters are now getting a chance to rest up before we head out to the next universe.

Mostly they provide back-up to the PCs on the ground, and make up the bulk of our forces for space missions. And yep, you'd have control over your faction (as long as they don't the rules or something anyway).
