In her usual attire, Akari wears a short tan skirt, a white collar shirt, black knee-length cashmere socks, brown shoes, and a brown sweater. Akari’s sunstone brooch is tied to a knot of a red bow on the collar.

As the Prismatic Light Warrior, with a dramatic flashy transformation scene into her outfit, she gets a teal glowing white feathery wings and a halo. She wears pointy white thighs boots, golden side armored white short shorts, celestial armored white breastplate that allow her midriff to be exposed, and long detached white sleeves. Her Sunstone brooch is now located on a white collar. Her pigtails are supported by crystals attached to golden rings.

Species: Human. When transformed into the Prismatic Light Warrior, Angel

When she transforms into Prismatic Light Warrior, she is granted Angelic Physiology. This allows her to become talented fighter in hand to hand combat and the usage of her polearm. Her angelic strength allows her to lift 200 tons in weight, and can seriously injure or kill a man. She has average superhuman durability. Her light feathery wings grants her flight. The Prismatic Light Warrior can call upon the Silverlight to appear, and be pulled towards her if her hands are free.

The Prismatic Light Warrior key abilities is the manipulation and usage of angelic light and angelic Lightning magics. Both elemental types are used to use holy smite attacks on her enemies, and effective against demons and supernatural beings. Both magic are capable of banishment.

Noticeable Light Abilities:
She can create light fields to serve as protection for herself or another person from harm. The holy flare technique is a light attack that can also incinerate a single object, being, or demon. A prismatic light box trap an enemy. Generation of light to service as a touch or flashlight in dark places. She can also make a floating light that follows her up to one hour. Creation of absolute light that is able to temporarily bind an opponent, and cause harm. The Prismatic Light technique fires a constant light energy beam for a short time, capable of cutting through an armored tank easily.

Noticeable Lightning Abilities:
She is capable of creating a chain lightning and lightning strike attacks. The creation of a bolt to paralyze a baddie. She can use her lightning to charge small electronic devices, or short circuit them. The wall of lightning can be a ring or wall wave that can travel over 100 feet, and anyone within 10 feet of it receives as nasty shock.

Lastly, the Prismatic Light Warrior can use her angelic powers to heal very effectively and purify. This purification can free beings from corruption, evil, curses, and spells. Her healing power can also damage and destroy the undead.

Weaknesses:

Akari is at her most vulnerable state in her human form, as she is a normal human being.

Good aligned beings are unaffected by Prismatic Light Warrior’s smite attacks. The Silverlight dispel attack can be dodge, and/or unable to break a spell if the energy to it wasn’t charged enough or the spell is strong. When the armor is broken, she loses the force field. The force field can also be overwhelm and requires a few minutes to recharge. Powerful dark magic, ice magic, and demonic powers can harm her greatly.

Some traits of her high school days stayed a part of Akari as she is outgoing, sociable, and a friendly person to hang out. So much that she is energetic and hyper-aware of her surrounding, staying observant and curious about each location she is in. Akari can be cool and joyful. As a super heroine, her heroic actions and altruistic kept her willing to help people, and stop villains.

Akari makes loose plans and sometimes does not think ahead far enough, but can improvise as she goes along. Sometimes her pride gets the better of her, and get easily emotional at bad times.

Noteworthy Equipment:Akari’s Sunstone Brooch allows her to transform into the Prismatic Light Warrior. The Brooch can also detect the presence of evil-aligned beings, level of power, and current intentions.

Her shing polearm, the Silverlight, is a celestial magic poleax able to nullify a being’s magical resistance in a short time (one minute from a hit, and it can stack up from multiple strikes from the weapon). The Silverlight can also dispel magic for an ongoing spell. This dispel magical requires the Prismatic Light Warrior to charge up such attack to remove one spell, or more. The weapon can be served as a channeling point for key light, or lightning attacks as well.

Celestial armor is made out of starmetal: a durable metal capable of taking punishment. Remarkably light and easy to move around. The armor can resist high temperatures. This armor produces a force-field to protect the rest of her body with the same durability.

Backstory (minimum of one paragraph):

Akari is a proud and sociable girl at the time of her high school life. She grown up to be what Silverdalean society see as a beautiful and attractive girl with the assets to boast, Akari believed she had the means to become popular. However, she was slandered by the already popular kids as an attention whore because of her actions to gain a mass following. The people she gathered to become friends were ultimately not was she wanted the most, and found herself unable to kick them out in fear of using what cool status Akari had.

Akari dated many boys, but dishearten as they were shallow, or a bad matchup for her. She usually friendzoned them at end, but one boyfriend managed to survive two dates. Akari hoped he would be the one, but turned out he was like the rest of her friends, a sweet boy but a jerk. Before the big day, she went to break up with him, Akari discovered an angelic artifact in a form of a sunstone brooch, all lying on the ground at a park. At first it was inert, so she treated it as a free jewelry to wear, and unwittingly processed to continue life.

On that fateful day, Akari was enraged by how her boyfriend changed for the worst, seemingly uncaring about her feelings and his personality darken overnight. However, her powers activated as it detected the presence of an evil creature manipulating their emotions to feed off them. Transformed into the holy magical girl known as the Prismatic Light Warrior, Akari’s was shocked about her new powers, and little clothing she worn. This didn’t stop the creature from attacking Akari, engaging her in a life or death battle.

Despite the lack of training and inexperience, the Prismatic Light Warrior was victorious over the demon, smiting it from existence. However, she ended up gravely wounded and humiliated after the struggle against the well fought monster. Akari quickly succumbed to a significant amount of blood loss and the horrifying painful shock. Her boyfriend was nowhere to be found, and presumed dead. She believed this is it, and hoped her life wouldn’t end like this as she fell unconscious.

When Akari woke up, she found herself healed by a sweet doctor magi mother and her socially awkward daughter. It was the same time Akari and Miyuki first met, and surprisingly clinked together. As well after Akari discovered that Miyuki as the Crystal Rain Warrior rescued her from near death. Akari figured Miyuki could be her mentor, and help how to teach how to use her powers, the two girls became best friends over time. Not only as teasing and flirting pair of deviant dorks, but as true companions and formed the White Heart Duo.

I'm pretty sure they're restricted to prevent production of military-grade equipment, though don't quote me on that.

I would definitely agree with that. I'd say they're more for food, clothing, and such so there won't be anyone fabricating any Ascendant weaponry

I feel like you could trick the replicator by doing it piecemeal then just assembling all the parts.

But he wouldn't actually share the classified designs freely, so not an actual issue, just a fun one to imagine. Just sitting in the Hub and suddenly a fucking Ogre comes waltzing out of the replicator room
