Territory: Alaska, Regions of Russia still loyal to Tsar (I don't know how far advanced the Civil War in Russia is, if the RP starts in 1920ish, then all of Russia proper is Communist. If not, then there are parts of Russia that are still "White" as opposed to "Red" and that affects things)

Major Places/People/Things Inherited From the Former USA: American culture and way of life is being eliminated by the Russian occupiers of Alaska. About a hundred thousand Russian emigrants are arriving in Alaska, fleeing from the Russian Civil War and the new Communist Regime which has taken hold in Russia. Since most of the American inhabitants of Alaska do not approve of Russian rule, most of them are either being killed or are fleeing for the wilderness, and others are taking refuge in Canada, with their houses and resources being taken by the new Russian immigrants arriving to fight for the Imperial cause. The remnants of the Russian Imperial Army and Navy have made their way to Alaska, and this is the basis of much of Alaska's military power. Alaska's local factories and oil refineries are being put to good use by the Imperial Regime to bolster the war effort. Other than that, there are not many cities in Alaska to begin with, and so Tsarograd has grown quite large and is essentially the main bastion of Russian power in Alaska.

National Goal: Liberate Russia from Communist rule and restore the Romanov Dynasty to its rightful place as rulers of Russia, as well as to Russianize Alaska so that essentially it becomes a Russian Imperial Province post Restoration.

Extra History: General Kristoff Triandafillov and the units under his command, declared themselves loyal to the Tsar after the Russian Civil War broke out in 1918. Triandafillov and his men were posted in Kamchaka, in the Far East, initially. As time passed, Triandafillov was joined by several units of Greek volunteers (on account of Triandafillov's Greek origins) for the "White" army. These Greek volunteers were incredibly loyal to Triandafillov, and came to form a bodyguard of sorts. Gradually, the situation deteriorated for the Whites, as the Communists were winning more battles. As a result, it became clear to Triandafillov that the Whites were going to be wiped out if they remained in Russia, as the Red were just too strong.

When news of the chaos in the United States reached Triandafillov's ears, he decided to capitalize on the opportunity. He took all the units under his command as well as any other White units in the area that would side with him, and invaded Alaska, in order to bring it in the imperial fold. After securing Alaska, he wrote to the Tsar-in-exile, Nicholas III, informing him of his continued loyalty to the Russian Crown. Nicholas III appointed Triandafillov as Imperial Governor of Alaska.

Triandafillov began to crack down on opposition to his rule from the local American population. Many American Alaskans have already been killed, and others have fled into the barren, frozen wilderness and formed militias to resist Russian occupation. In the meantime, many Russians have fled their increasingly chaotic homeland and made their way to Triandafillov's "New Russia" as he has called it.

Then, might I ask the OP to reserve Florida for me? I overestimated Southern Florida's population in 1925 so I'm best taking the entire state, unless you think a Floridian reunification conflict would be a good idea.
