I'm not sure you'll start a war by attacking pacifists, but more power to you. Might not be the best idea to try to go to war with the faction whose entire military doctrine is "we have a kickass satellite".

To be fair, you could defeat his attack with a basic CorpSec hire, or Republican troops.

I'm bankrupt tho
Also, Seno has a second unit of French colonists already, just not deployed Mars-side. We have the food to support them, if he decided to deploy with arms.

Yes, but the rules don't formally allow for standard civilians to fight in battle. Otherwise I would have just Zerg-rushed Apple with prisoners
Well, I can't use mercenaries - I don't have reputation up yet, but I'm pretty sure I'm close to Seno, who isn't eligible by reputation for any of the three offers. Less than Good with Moon & Earth, and less than tolerable with corporations, as well as no corporate contract.

Space ports (10 IP), Entertainment districts (10 IP), Perimeter Walls (10 IP), Railroads (10 IP), Superconductor Lines (5 IP), and Atmospheric Furnaces (10 IP), had their costs REDUCED!
10 IP => 7 IP
and
the 5 IP Superconductor line now costs 3 IP

A service colony is gonna be pretty expensive to get sales going, so we're going to either need to focus IP or media colonies, which can get advertising going for cash moneiz. But media colonies don't give a great cash trade off.
If people had carbon, I could try and sell research to people, cause that's a thing I can do. But I can't buy carbon.
So IP is gonna be the way to go, probs.
Seno, my thinking is that we look at our joint budget and try and buy an industrial colony instead of waiting on two from Martian Investments.
