Turns out, the ISA has struck a deal with the Lunar Cartel. In exchange for critical provisions, the cartel has revealed the location of all known water ice and ore sources.

If you took Lunar Investments, you can choose between water or ore source for your lunar mies, they provide 1 ore or 2 water.
