I'll write a post about it when I can. This is something that I will fight to the death for.

Well the Indians are fine and good but I can't pass up a double increase to warehouse storage.

Personally I don't intend to use Warehouses to any significant extent, but I should be in the ISA's good books forever, and the Exarchate wouldn't turn away crash survivors. Plus, hey, Rover included in the deal. That makes them worth at least five Credits right off the top.

Can't you back off this time? You have two Indians and New Acadia needs their stockboy skills. I'll go seven credits to match it and will be willing to do more credits in instalments to the ISA for the stockboys.

I'll have a post up when I'm near a computer. Just know that New Acadia will be willing to do whatever it takes to get the refugees.

G-Tech, I believe you need to wait a year for the rover and Indians to arrive before you can use them to scout the wreckage.

Mm, no, I'm pretty sure the Rover can be delivered instantly, like Food/IP/Supplies/etc. Prefabs are the ones that take a turn. You might be right about the colonists, but I'm happy to dispatch my regulars instead of new immigrants, if necessary.

Forget not the 1 turn training time for units.
Although, you don't need to have any equipment to actually field units. You can just give them nothing.

Damnation. You make a fair point. In that case the other point is pretty moot.

So this is a "hand free things to the bloodthirsty warmonger" event.

I move that civilian units be allowed to salvage. It probably makes more sense than sending military men anyway.

Although...
If Neo-Napoleon was to send their forces to the crash site too...
I don't see anyone taking anything from there.

Luckily they have to leave the crash site to carry off anything.

So maybe they'll destroy the remaining crates to...

I probably shouldn't give Apple any more ideas.

Exactly why beating Apple to the site is vital. And why civilian workers make sense.

Since the event took place at the end of year 2053, Units can only be sent from 2054 and on.

Hmm. Well, at least Apple can't significantly damage the rover.

I can't attack at all before turn 5. I need my Terran investments.

If two people go for the same thing in the crash site, how is it decided who gets it?

Nobody.
One faction pulling one side of the crate, the other faction the other.

Well, effectively. French soldiers and Italian soldiers gain 1 HP base when mobilized.

Harkback Union wrote:If anyone's colonist has +1 HP, that is because they are veteran.

Since I introduced the veterancy mechanics after posting starting colonists, it may no be said specifically if a +1 HP unit is veteran.

But it is.

Veterans get +3 HP though, not +1 HP? I'm pretty confused. Why would a colonist with +1 HP Mobilized be considered Veteran? AFAIK my German buddies are +3 HP plus the +1 Mobilized.

I hate to say it, but the turns are moving really slow. The people only posting rolepalys without posting their turns are making things much worse, as well. Are we gonna stay like this if new people keep coming and coming each day just because they're left behind? They can always catch up by doing multiple turns.
