I don't suppose you would consider selling the Lunar colonists for more money outside of an emergency? They would really help my industrial efforts, and be food efficient.

By giving support to the Utopia Network secretly I made Bibi reconsider attacking said Network, invalidating my own deal for support and leaving the Exarchate with nothing at the end of it.

Would a single MATT outmatch Apple's rover, actually? From what I can gather, not at all.

The MATT would oneshot the Rover in the Fire phase, leaving her Veteran French soldiers dismounted at 3 HP, iirc.

Since when did Apple get Veteran soldiers, though? AFAIK they haven't made any kills yet. And none of their perks state them as Veterans as that'd be OP seeing how they already came with 1 Rifle or 2 bC per colonist.

Basically Napoleon sent a Rover to attack you and Utopia, and announced the attack with a message. Utopia asked for aid from anyone, signaling their intent not to appease Bibi, and Bibi called off the attack.
