That's ok, the Greek rebel militias in Makedonia and Cyprus should be able to take control of those regions as the Greeks there comprise like 99% of the population. Ionia and Eastern Thrace will be more difficult, especially considering their proximity to the Ottoman capital. As for the Greek military, it will take a few weeks to mobilize and will probably only be active in Makedonia. Cyprus is too far away and the Bulgarian holdings in the middle of Thrace cut off the Greeks from their compatriots in Eastern Thrace.

Definitely. I've posted the preparations for the revolt in Makedonia and Eastern Thrace, and the orders for the military mobilization of the Greek army, as well as a letter to the King of Serbia.
