No Russia doesn't have Alaska. The entirety of it was bought in early 1890. Most had been bought in the decades before.

In this RP, The CSA beat the USA, meaning that the entire staff, including Seward, wouldn't be in power to make the deal. Most Americans had zero interest in buying it at all. Now, after losing the war, their focus would not be expanding at all, either. Not to mention, heavily indebted. So to say that American, for some unknown reason would just up and buy Alaska wouldn't make sense, historically speaking in this RP.
