Libya is under control of Italy. Also, when I switch to my new country, can I still control the Belgian Government in exile. I'd like to switch to a small, un powerful country in Europe. The thoughts that come to mind are Belgium, Netherlands, and Denmark all of which are going to be invaded by Germany. German bastards...
