Italy is a good choice, or if you like I can put the Belgian government (sans the King) in charge of Canda, which is likely to become independent eventually

BY THE WAY FELLAS

We need to slow the IC down a lot. The reason why the IE has taken so long is because he can't hope to keep up with our pace. He had to scrap most if not all of his post because we started and ended the war so quickly. Today he has a test to study for so there wont be anything coming out today. Tomorrow he will be working on the post and will tell the results of everyone's battles.
