Biography:
Oberon was born on the planet of Correlia in 21 BBY. He was born into a well-enough family, able to afford the average amount of meals, a good house, and a stable job that their father worked. He was also the younger of two brothers. The older one was Nidus, who was two years older than him. For his childhood, he had a nice life. Sure, he couldn't have all the things he wanted, but he was content. Happy, in fact. He and Nidus would spend their days together, sparring with sticks (despite being bad at it), dreaming of the legends of the Jedi and Sith. He knew he wasn't force sensitive, but he didn't mind. His dream was to explore the universe. And although he did make this dream, it wasn't the way he expected.
When he was 10 his father was due to a crime lord. Soon enough, they broke into the Limbo household, and Oberon saw his father drop dead before his eyes. When the gang left his house, he was on his knees crying with his brother. His mother stood in shock, and from there his mother told them to not expect everything to go well. To go with the flow, to say, although those weren't her exact words. A year later, she died from a heart attack, and the children ran. Oberon and Nidus ran to their uncle, who directed another gang. They loved their uncle, but the sight of their father's death tarnished their uncle's career choice. Unfortunately for them, they had to join his gang, and a year later, at age 12, they became one of the youngest criminals on the planet. Of course their uncle wouldn't let them on missions, but he would teach them things. They went around meeting other members of the gang, and it was working well for them again. Their formal education stopped, but they would get taught in different ways. Oberon learned how to work with slicing and droids, and not to mention he worked on podracing. Everything for him and Nidus were going well until 5 BBY, when Oberon was 16 years old.
He and Nidus had grown a close bond. Together and with their gang. Disaster struck, again, though, and this is when Oberon lost all he had. There was a scuffle between the gang and the Black Sun. The scuffle turned into a serious brawl. A serious brawl turned into gunshots. Gunshots turned into war. He remembers the day where the Black Sun had stormed the location. Nidus had gone down defending his brother as Nidus told Oberon to flee. He sobbed as he ran, and he managed to escape. His uncle, his gang, and his brother. Gone, and dead. He went into depression for a while, until he remembered his mother's words. He dwelled on them for a couple of days, and then he got himself back together. He didn't want to blame anyone he knew. He couldn't, so he blamed the Empire for placing Fliry Vorru as their incompetent Imperial Moff of the Corellian sector. He was bent on revenge, and revenge he shall get. He took his gun and inherited an HWK-290 in which he modified with the help of one of his friends, whose name was Jagor Twike. For a while, he joined with the rebel alliance, though as a part-time smuggler. He became close friends with some of the rebels and even considered joining them fully. Then, the series of disasters for the Rebels occurred. Instead of fighting for them, he fled, and now he regrets his actions. Every moment. He's now in Corellia, re-living his past.

"R2-A0"
R2-A0 was an R2-unit that was a birthday present from when he turned 16 years old. Oberon had been interested in droids, and had even learned binary from one of his old gang-members and close friends. R2-A1 is one of the reminders Oberon has of his past, despite almost never forgetting it, and holds high sentimental value. A1 is mostly like any other R2 unit, though has been modified later on for less purpose on starfighters and more purpose on freighters.

Okay, Valyria, is this alright? It's practically just a regular R2 unit.

My money's on the rebel, personally. But what do you think, Spindle? I'm confident with 7 or 8 kills on Romeo's end, if he decides to run and gun it and likely die in the process.
He'd definitely get away, as long as he kept out of the line of the Star Destroyer's tractor beams. If he was against the squadron on its own, I'd say he'd win hands down - the Star Destroyer makes things a little harder.

Im thinking my lineup for the next post is as follows: Romeo whoops the TIE squadron in orbit/atmosphere and manages to get away to the freighter before the Star Destroyer can do some serious damage. He knows Imperial flight patterns in dogfights, so the squadron should be easy peasy even by himself.
We could pull off the "Star destroyer X accidentally hits Star destroyer Y in an attempt to catch Spaceship McGuffin" move, but I'd have to get with Valyria first. And maybe you, because I know you RP ship captains very well.

Please do not do the two ships collide move. I'm fine with you taking out a few fighters but you aren't Gary Sue nor do you have the Force.
Poe is the best pilot in the Resistance yet he still got shot down by the Destroyer. You'd be better off keeping your X-Foils locked for the speed and then try to jump to hyperspace.

Got it. I kinda got carried away and forgot about that. Once Romeo takes out the TIEs in atmosphere that were meant to initially shoot him down, he's hauling it to the Action VI he was told to meet up with. There's no way he will survive taking that on himself (unless Henalea ex machina happens - which it won't), let alone a second squadron that said SD would likely launch.
I'm thinking 2 or 3 TIEs should be sent first, because an entire squadron chasing one X wing makes no sense.0

Yeah, there's definitely a few TIES would be dispatched from the surface you could easily take out. However, once you leave the atmosphere you should just haul ass.

You can have an R2 unit who's shocker has been modified to be lethal (at the cost of more energy). Also there's the oil and flame combo we saw in episode 3 it can use.
Also I'm going to say no to the alive Kalast due to the POD being the Battle of Yavin (unless you can provide a really excuse why he should still be alive)

Many thanks!
My plan was to drop the Melodious into the Corellia system and then scatter its fighters across Tralus, Talus, with the Melodious hitting Centrepoint on the side opposite Corellia. At that point, any of the Star Destroyer's only option is to head over to Centrepoint and scatter any escorts to keep the fighters at bay: if the Melodious manages to get through Centrepoint's armour, it's going to kill some of the best and the brightest of the Empire's academics, but they can't afford to let the fighters run amuk either. That leaves Romeo with a clear shot - or no more than a few TIEs, anyway, and when the Action VI gets away, the Melodious stays for a few minutes more and then leaves when it has to. Everyone scatters and we meet up at the edge of the Govia system a few hours later.
Also, that gives us a good scan of Talus for that planetary repulsor. Because I have some plans for that baby...
If there's anything which could (or should) be added or removed, feel free to tell me.

As soon as Romeo deals with the 2 or so TIEs sent to intercept him in atmosphere, he's not even going to bother taking on the SD and will just link up with the Action VI that'll dock him in. In his word, "Let's leave the Twil'ek with the big ship to the Star Destroyer!"

To answer your questions, unless the other members of the squad are going be important in your posts you can just make the leader's app and put them in the notes. However, if some members will play a more important role than yes I would ask that you make an app for them.
And I do not understand your last question, run it by me again?
A question for you,
I don't know why this squad will leave the Empire considering the Rebellion lost. Do you have a good excuse?
Also Warg, that's a strike. I've tolerated your rudeness but you went a little too far with that. Let myself or the co-op handle the apps.
I just used the imperial handbook for squad size, but I can shrink it. Would they be able to keep imperial armor and do a lot of inflintration and sabotage work? And if they are diing that, would a modified imperial shuttle as a ship for them work? My last question was that seeing as how the additional soldiers won't be players, will they be easily killable? I have a couple of different ways I'm thinking of having them decide to leave, but nothing solid yet.
