She kept her head down, meandering her way through the increasingly raucous crowd. Part of her wanted to cry after seeing that, being a victim of relatively recent bullying herself, and sought a restroom to hide in for a brief moment as she attempted to fight back the tears - perhaps seeking out a good, private place to let her emotions go. Sophia was unsuccessful in locating one, at least in the crowded hallways thus far, so she simply found a spot next to a few lockers and simply slid down the wall. She folded her hands, bowed her head slightly, and quietly, discreetly and inconspicuously, prayed alone by herself. After a few moments of relative solitude, Sophia re-opened her watery eyes and gazed back out into the busy hallways. She glanced down at her wrist, checking to see how much longer she had to get to class, and decided it was okay to just sit and wait for at least a few more minutes - perhaps to mentally collect herself. 'I should have stood up for him, that poor boy.' Sophia thought to herself as her eyes gazed off and stared at the floor.
