And this isn't Alt History. Its Historical. Hence the title. That doesn't mean that certain things can't be changed... However, most major things will go according to history. That being said... Central Powers could technically win WWI. Russia could not fall pretty to Communism...

Devastated is a bit of an over shout considering that by 1917 the Bulgarian army numbered at around 700,000 I think I could work on making Bulgaria great again

Yea 1917, they wanted to join the war in 1914 but couldn't because their country didn't function. It took them another year to recover enough to participate. Additionally how would Bulgaria get troops to South America?

because a war is about to break out and im not gonna let you support the Central Powers, historically the Brits were some of the strongest supporters of Greece and Greek independence. You would be supporting GBs biggest enemy and aligning yourself with Austria and the Ottomans who you've fought against in recent memory. If Britain thinks you will be an avenue to supply the central powers we will blockade you as well and trust me we have the naval capability to do so.

Yeah blockade me. In order to do so you would have to declare war. Which I am perfectly fine with but you don't really have cause to fight me with. I mean a lot nations supported the center all powers mere economic support is not a strong enough causes belli to go to war over.
