President Chiumbu looks back at the reporter and says: "First we must make a constitution that will last forever, bringing prosperity to all. Then we will make a workable economic system." Then the reporter yells again, "What is your opinion on the Cold War?" Chiumbu smiles a grim smile. "I will tell you this, does using something as bad as a world war an excuse to subjugate half a continent sound humane?" I wouldn't say so." His grim smile falls. "But what about slaughtering thousands of us because we are a different skin color?" (Referring to the Belgian Massacre of Congolese) "I wouldn't say that's humane either. So for now...let the best persuader win." The news reporter finishes with: "That's all for tonight and thank you for watching Congolese News!"(if none exists, please post one below)

RP Sample: Franz Josef was sitting at his desk, smoking a cigar in frustration. He knew that at this point war was inevitable, the problem was, he ruled over a fragile nation, and it would take a lot of political and military maneuvering to get out in one piece. The other biggest problem was he didn't trust his heir and son, Franz Ferdinand, to rule the country. Franz Josef slammed his fist down in anger.
"He's a wishy washy little baby," He thought, annoyed. He looked at the clock, 1:27. He decided to get some sleep, and clicked off the lamp and left his desk.

This is a notice for everyone: There is a two paragraph minimum requirement per post.
So with that... I would say accepted. Austro-Hungarian forces at the time would number around 36,000 Officers
414,000 NCOs and troops
87,000 horses (estimate)
1,200 artillery pieces
and your Navy was actually posted by Dentali in the IC in one of his posts.
But overall I am glad that we have another key player in Europe right now.Wysten wrote:NS NAME:Wysten

First. Brazil was strictly neutral in 1914. Second. The military is much to high. IN 1917, it was raised to 54,000. So 208,000 at 1914, would be not practical for a neutral nation to have.
