Its only been a week since Castanzo's death - I really doubt that in that time you have declared independence, created a new constitution, new government, a cabinet, legal system, and created a new language system.
I said in the OP that I didn't wanna see a summary run down of what has happened, I wanted to see events unfold from character perspective. Lets start small and work our way up, huh? Perhaps your party just declares independence in it's first post? Hm? That would be possible in a week. As it stands, you did like a decades worth of work in two weeks ( unopposed ).
Oaxaca had a constitution since the Porfiriato and you have a faction leaded by a Cleric when Benito Juaréz destroyed the Church and even expropiated and sold their land to help the state finances....
Oaxaca proclaimed independence in 1857 and was even capable of minting its own currency so a new proclamation of independence is not a weird idea and as the premise of the Roleplay, we are in a state of anarchy, there is no ruler, neither order, nor administration. A wise ruler instead of showing pomposity by writing useless anthems of liberty, dares to restore the order and peace in a short period even if its De Jure.
We have 1,500 men in the movement working as the engine of the new revolution, peasants, philosophers, soldiers, teachers, bankers, traders and workers, so the creation of a De Jure political structure in less than two weeks is not a weird fact because there was a mayor, a governor and stuff after Juaréz presidency, even in a dictatorship the base remains. Your mistake was to believe that we are a partisan group only composed by wackos with guns. We are ilustrated wackos with weapons that believe in order and liberal ideas and since the population in the rural are illiterate and aborigins with a peaceful nature compared to the Aztecs there is no need for violence.
