Yes, but some exceptions can be allowed, to a point. They can have loose ties, but would still have to be a part of a group. Bycrest, was thinking of doing a pure neutral character, that will run a hub of criminal activities. Should they make the character, yours perhaps could be connected, looely anyways.

Appearance: Jeremy is average, if slightly short, and stocky in build. He has brown eyes, short hair, and is Caucasian. He likes to wear yellow clothing, and hoodies are some of his favorite things to wear.

When possessed by the Highest Monarch, he grows several inches, becomes much bulkier in build, and his hair and eyes turn yellow. He takes on the complexion of a marble statue, and becomes much more regal in demeanor.

Now, he regrets watching what was inside it, and an alien presence has taken hold of him, doing horrible things that Jeremy never wanted. The Highest Monarch doesn't care, for only one thing graces it's mind. Complete Domination of all things lower than the Highest Monarch. Jeremy is simply the meat puppet, powerless to resist.

Unfortunately for Jeremy, this is just the beginning of his days as the Herald of the End.

Apologies for not posting, having issue with coming up with stuff before the breakout. Still unsure whether he'd be in a sort of solitary confinement because of his powers or if there'd just be a guard or two escorting him in case an attempt to drain a meta could manage to overload the inhibitors (is it possible to overload them?).

It is possible that they could have energy sources for him, not enough to truly sate him of course, but enough so that he does not die soon.

Not a huge amount, I won't lie. Villains are preparing for their attack, heroes are having a meeting. That's basically it.

Apologies for not posting, having issue with coming up with stuff before the breakout. It is possible that they could have energy sources for him, not enough to truly sate him of course, but enough so that he does not die soon.

So the thing is, I was gonna have it be that the only people he could drain for their energy were humans (meta or otherwise, though meta with as yet unforeseen consequences), and they would try alternate energy sources (such as maybe trying to just feed him food, or giving him live animals to drain), but they'd all fail, leading to him either having to die or killing others, and not letting him take an easier way out like just draining animals.
