The Hornet Master (Unofficial Title due to her skill with the Hornet VTOL)

Personality: Usually nice and polite to most people, but can become quite enraged when her plans are foiled. She doesn't really have a lot of friends due to her isolated lifestyle, but she is perfectly capable of making some, and is actively interested in doing so. She has a meticulously-kept set of Bookshelves that hold various records on League Members, past and present. Most of her hideout resembles a Teenager's Bedroom rather than an evil Villain Lair. Her powers were originally used to help her out with picking up various objects and organising them, though she's now modified them to be used directly for combat. Riko also becomes quite bored with stuff she doesn't find interesting, and usually zones out if she gets bored enough. Her record-keeping is famous among both sides, to the point that her hideout is one of the League's main targets in the present day, if only for the fact that they want that security breach silenced for good.

A Society-provided Infantry Support VTOL Craft occasionally used by her when it time to bring out the Big Guns. She used it to Great Effect in 2013.
Weaknesses:
Her Telekinesis can't lift anything heavier than A Golf Cart. The Objects, once thrown, lack the speed necessary to kill anyone, unless they're sharp objects.
Backstory: Born to an American Family famous for their Merchant Corporation. Riko's male-sounding name is Japanese, meaning 'White Jasmine Child'. She's always embarrassed by this name, because everyone thinks she's a guy when they hear of her name. Riko was a History-loving child, though she displayed her hidden powers by the time she was 5. Knowing she was a Meta, Her parents hid her from the outside world, knowing that she'd be in danger from the Anti-Meta groups. After a while, though, Riko got bored and simply up and left, informing her parents of her decision via a note and promptly got gone. Being a 15 year old in an unfamiliar land could've been a problem, but Riko had ideas.

She joined up with the Society and soon became their Information Manager, keeping track of known League Members and their suspected Locations. She also recorded their powers and weaknesses, storing them in her own hideout in the outskirts of Derry, New Hampshire. After 2013, when the Society faded from view, she decided to hide her knowledge and pose as an ordinary citizen, waiting for the Society to once again contact her. In addition to her record-keeping, she also developed her powers for Combat, citing an interest in fighting alongside the Society's Frontline Soldiers. In 2015, she was detained by the League and thrown into the Rock, where she has been biding her time for escape.

He believes in a doctrine of “any means necessary” to achieve these goals. He would not think twice about killing a human to aid a fellow meta, and would never dream of aiding a human over a meta.

• I²R: Much as the flow of electrical current can generate large amounts of heat, the use of his abilities generates heat proportional to the strain of the act within his nervous system. Without a means of removing the excess heat, extensive use of his ability can result in major damage to his nervous system. Even if he does no permanent damage, the heat can induce temporary paralytic effects if he is not careful.

Backstory:

Abraham Sniegowski was raised to maturity in the Whitechapel District of London. Raised by Polish immigrant parents in a low income neighborhood, as a youth he began running with street gangs in the neighborhood. This eventually brought him to the attention of a local crime lord who used threats against Abraham’s family to control him. This state of affairs continued until a member of the Society discovered him. Under the villain’s guidance, Abraham used his electrokinesis to torture and kill the crime lord and his minions.

At this time, Abraham left home and took up his first alias, Striker. Though liberated from the dominance of the crime lord, Striker lacked the necessary imagination to exist as a criminal on his own and has moved from crew to crew within the Society, partnering up with various criminals on the promise of a large payday. He participated in the Halloween Heist, during which the cooling jacket he used to help dissipate the heat of his ability became damaged. He overexerted himself following the damage and, while not causing permanent damage, did leave him with poor motor control and partial paralysis for almost a year while his body repaired itself. Left to his own devices for so long, Striker began reading and found himself being highly affected by the essays of Malcolm X and Theodore Herzl.

At the end of his convalescence, Striker emerged with a new ideology and a new name: Ibrahim. Using the internet alias of MetaMoses, he began publishing essays calling for a separate Meta nation, independent of normal humans, where Metas could be safe from what he views as a history oppression and hatred. In his own operations, Ibrahim has become a terrorist, focusing his attacks on organization he views as taking an active hand in or profiting from the oppression of Metas, in particular the SID and Xylon Global.

My only real issue is with the power of Telekinesis itself. Can she lift only a single object at a time, or if she were surrounded by say, 10 armed individuals, could she rip their weapons out of their hands all at once? Is it limited to objects, or can she lift people as well? As long as you work out any times you would use your power on another player or in a large way with said player or ourselves, I'm down with it.

I was thinking about that. It depends on their weight. The smaller and lighter they are, the more objects she can lift, because they don't require as much power and concentration. If she's trying to lift up something heavy like one of those giant bookshelves or a golf cart, she's going to be putting more concentration into holding it up, so she can't pick up other objects. Also, She can lift up humans, but if she throws them at full force, all they can expect is an uncomfortable landing.

I suppose this is more of a suggestion than a demand, but what if your character could just manipulate existing electricity and do as they pleased with it from there? Kinda just seems like being able to pop lethal electricity out of nowhere would be sort of..strange I guess? The idea of your character carrying a wristwatch or cellphone on them and being able to drain out and increase the electricity generated by those appliances to lethal levels sounds awesome.

Just an idea, not an issue if you don't want to.

I do actually know a fair amount about physics: a little fluid dynamics, heat transfer, electrical theory, nuclear physics... There's a lot of interesting stuff there.
