Character Name: W.D Gaster | The Man Who Speaks In Hands | WingDing | Dings (By Sans)
Gender: Male
Appearance: "Trapped between Time and Space, The Man who speaks in Hands."
Age: Early 40's (Presumably)
Universe of Origin: This iteration of Gaster originates from an alternate version of the Glitchtale Universe, identified as V-64-817. All events in this alternate Universe follow the same pattern as the original timeline with the exception that when W.D Gaster fell into the Void, his Soul Magic was altered, this alteration allowing Gaster's attacks to physically harm a person.
Alignment: Lawful Neutral

Abilities: (OOC NOTE: In order to better convey the scale of Gaster's Glitchtale based abilities, video links have been provided for visual information. For this reason, I must urge the fact that some of these clips may contain spoilers for the ongoing series that is Glitchtale.)

Weaknesses:
  • A very important weakness that should be noted: Gaster's Seven Hands can be destroyed if they are directly harmed or enough pressure is put on them that results in the hand cracking before shattering away in it's entirety.
  • While he does have the ability to manipulate bones to his liking, this ability is only restricted to those that he has summoned. It should also be noted that in order to use ordinary Bone Magic that his two children can use, Gaster is required cease using his seven materialized hands in order for him to summon any bones.
  • Even though it is able to both protect himself and even contain his enemies, Gaster's Green Hand can be destroyed if enough force and pressure is put on the barrier, resulting in the destruction of said hand.
  • In the event that one of Gaster's floating hands is destroyed, The time varies on how long it takes to mend his magic and recreate the destroyed hand, this dependency is based on how many hands have already been destroyed by his foe.
  • If Gaster desires to teleport, he must have knowledge about the location that he is teleporting to, a weakness that is also demonstrated by his son Sans.
  • Gaster is also restricted in the sense that he is very much incapable of Universal Teleportation with his powers, as at this moment that traveling the distance between the Moon and the Earth would put a noticeable drain on Gaster's magic.
  • While Gaster's Purple Hand can only mimic an active power being used by a person, It should also be noted that abilities that are either difficult or impossible to mimic, the purple hand is unable to copy that same power.
  • Abilities that the Purple Hand copies are not permanent and are determinant on the power being used.

Noteworthy Equipment:
  • Green Determination Pill: Prior to falling into the Void, Gaster managed to produce a supply of Green Determination Pills extracted from the carrier of the Green Soul. In order to prevent himself from falling susceptible to the Amalgamation Process that ordinary monsters unintentionally underwent due to the overbearing power of Determination, Gaster diluted the pills enough so that he could safely consume them. While limited in supply, these pills can heal damage that Gaster has sustained in a battle. Gaster currently has up to two dozen of these Determination Pills, in which he will place a dozen in his quarters on the Hub and carry the other Dozen on his person at all times.
  • Gaster's Journal: Throughout his career as a Royal Scientist, Gaster has almost always kept a Journal near him whenever he needed to write down notes for reference, or just as a personal log of notable events. Usually Gaster can be seen occasionally reading this journal or writing down some form of notes or logging some of his daily events.

Personality:
As the former Royal Scientist of the Underground, Gaster has a profound interest with technologies that have either never been used in the Underground, or technologies that he has learned about, but never had the tools necessary to build them. Also, as a result of raising both Sans and Papyrus (I'm using a Dadster background for Gaster), Gaster usually has a soft spot for children but is not above harming them if they knowingly represent a threat to those around them. At first, Gaster may appear as a stern and serious person, but this is due to his reserved nature around strangers. As he gets to know the people around him, Gaster allows his emotions to show, which depicts him as a kind and somewhat carefree man when relaxed.

When he is in the midst of combat, Gaster almost always has a level headed approach to situations, but when something or someone important to Gaster is within the line of fire, he takes a serious demeanor and will kill if necessary to protect those close to him. However, when someone close to him has fallen in the field of battle to an enemy, Gaster becomes the very epitome of tranquil fury, remaining in absolute control of his feelings, but allow fury to fuel his resolve to continue fighting until he is physically incapable of continuing, or his foe has fallen.

Backstory:
Once the Royal Scientist in service to King Asgore Dreemurr, W.D Gaster is the father of Sans and Papyrus as well as the lead designer of The Core, a massive facility designed to absorb the thermal energy of the Underground in order to provide a power source to the citizens of the Underground. While also being the lead designer of The Core, Gaster was also focused on raising his children through the busy schedule of his life. While much about his history has been forgotten to most, at one point in time Sans had requested to apply as a scientist, something that Gaster was all too eager to help prepare for his son. Through asking King Asgore if Sans could be allowed to work alongside him, Sans would undergo the application process for Assistant Scientist.

To Gaster's delight, Sans had passed the application process, essentially becoming Gaster's aide while he worked diligently on the continued design plans and production of The Core. As pressure began to mount on the demand of The Core, Gaster was forced to allocate more time to the project and less on his children, an act that somewhat began to strain the relationship between Gaster and Sans, but never to the point where the two would argue. One day however, disaster struck, during a routine test of The Core's power activation process, The Core would overload, generating a short lived portal into what would then be known simply as The Void, with Gaster falling into his own creation seemingly forever being scattered throughout Space and Time, but not before saying one thing to his son Sans "Never Forget".

While it is unknown if Sans truly forgot about his father, Gaster's fall into The Void resulted in all known memories of his existence being forgotten to almost everyone in the Underground, but also offered an advantage to Gaster for his SOUL Magic had been altered to allow him to dish out physical damage alongside his normal Soul Damage capabulities. Forever damned to be scattered throughout Space and Time, Gaster was forced to witness the continued resets of his timeline and eventually, forced to witness the faithful battle between his now grown up son Sans, and the Chara, The Fallen Human who had managed to possess the body of Frisk during a Genocide Route.

Although through some miracle that Frisk was able to free themselves from the influence of Chara, fusing with Sans and being able to defeat The Fallen Human, Gaster became interested by this development, wondering if he was able to absorb the soul of Frisk would he be able to return back to the physical realm. While he attempted to absorb the soul of Frisk, later failing and being defeated by Sans. It was apparent that destiny had an interesting fate in mind for the Man who Speaks in Hands, as he would later be revived by Sans in order to battle against Chara, The Fallen Human once more, who had drained the Determination out of Frisk using the Determination Extraction Device. Eventually, through the help of Asriel Dreemurr, Chara had successfully been converted from her corruptive evil, giving the remnants of their soul to Asriel so that he too may have a physical body.

Upon being freed from the Underground however, Gaster was nowhere to be found. While unknown to most, Gaster had attempted to teleport to a location now forgotten to most when a disturbance in the Space-Time Continuum resulted in Gaster being transported to a location far from his home.

Kassaran wrote:Now, here's a question, when would he travel to alternate timelines in universes specific enough to have an alternative version of him?

If we're going to be visiting alternate universes from his home timeline often, then yes, he could potentially get out of control.

We probably won't be visiting really close alternate worlds very much. We're going to be heading into science fiction and fantasy a lot, for example. I don't think he's at risk of "getting out of control".

Then again, if he decides to go full villain and start stealing the lives of alternate reality hims across the multiverse, would that go unchecked by the Quantum Conduit?

Yes, his abilities make him a potential 3, possible 4 if he goes unchecked, but as of now, he's a 2 with limited upward movement because good guys are around.

My question is, how many arcs and plotlines will he be allowed to go on where he assimilates copies of himself?

Is there more than one instance of him per universe? If not, everything should be fine; he'll be gaining copies rather slowly. Otherwise, yeah, we might start seeing some issues.

So is he an acceptable character to have? And no, there can't be more than one instance of a person per universe.

As one of the co-ops, I would say he's definitely acceptable, yes.

Should I app this for a split personality or even an alt-timeline clone for Torii? Thoughts? Either a twin with a totally different life, or her memories being smashed with original Torii's so that she may erratically gain abilities or personality of the other?

Character Name: Dimitrov Tora Pyoterova

Gender: Female

Appearance: Same as Original Torii

Age: 20

Universe of origin: Original/Universe wherein the USSR never collapsed, as a state where Stalin is revered and martyrdom and hero worship are hallmarks of Soviet Culture.

Alignment: Neutral

Abilities: She's a crack shot, and quite fit. She's a good hand-to-hand combatant as well, and a fast runner.

Weaknesses: She's just a Human, just like her original counterpart. If anything, she also lacks the multiverse experience of original Torii.

Personality: Tora is a bit of a cold one. She's not the type to get riled up easily, though that doesn't mean that she isn't easy to anger, or that anyone is free from her wrath. She's a hard worker, and very efficient in what she does. She tries to play the middle man, though depending on the situation or job she may overstep boundaries or toss the rule book aside for better results. She's respectful of authority, but her first oath is to her nation, and everyone else is second.

Noteworthy Equipment: Torsiedellie SSR Air Defense Uniform, Makarov Sidearm w/spare clips, AK-74 rifle w/spare magazines, dufflebag and rucksack, wallet, smartphone, passport.

Backstory: Tora had wanted to be a soldier since she was little. She had nearly been hurt in a short-lived uprising in her homeland, and her dad returned with many a story for her. His service and stories inspired the girl, who turned to outdoors activities and scouting. She was lucky to grow up as a Millenial, in the age when the Soviet Union was beginning to officially open up service to more females. The reforms in the 1990's saw a more open Soviet Union, at least in regards to groups such as women and certain minorities, while Gays soon followed, with some controversy. The "New Soviet Woman" as it was called, was what Tora aspired to be; strong-willed, daring, and loyal in service to the Union. Just like the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and the martyrs of the wars in China, strong females would be looked up to as examples and role models, driving the young girl through school and enlistment.

Tier level descriptors
Desired Tier level: 1

(Optional)

Theme Song: Moscow Nights

Likes: Just about anything a twenty-year old would. Music, both classic and new, as well as digital media, books, sports, and outdoors activities such as camping, hiking, and hunting.

Dislikes: Anything that involves breaking the law. Speeding/racing, sneaking into off-limits areas, hurting or causing pain to innocents, etc.

Personal Spaceship (Y/N): N

New Bone Pun Counter: 1333321832731

Postby Turmenista » Thu Apr 06, 2017 3:30 pm

Updated as of: (4/16/17)

Character Name: LORD ANNIHILATOR (spelled out in all caps), Shortened to Anni

Gender: Male

Appearance: Without Armor; Armor (Sword and skeleton not included)

Age: 367

Universe of origin: Infinite Justice V61016, which was an unfortunately short-lived offshoot of the original Infinite Justice universe featuring an entirely new cast of superhumans, aliens, robots, gods, and whatnot. A hypothetical story arc involving Anni was when all hell would break loose, quite literally.

Alignment: Chaotic Good, Anni will get the job done by any means necessary, even if it means blowing up a school of orphans.

Abilities:
  • Dimensional Manipulation: LORD ANNIHILATOR is capable of creating or otherwise manipulating the dimensions around him as he pleases, mainly for faster travel means in the form of portals. This ability can effectively allow Anni to preform a bootleg version of teleportation quite accurately, as it would allow him to "fold" the theoretical dimensional plane for himself as if it were a piece of paper, and simply pass through a hole in said theoretical paper rather than straight across it like regular FTL travel. This ability can also be used to create miniature dimensions, such as pocket dimensions, for various uses. For example, Anni's pocket dimension/realm, the BONE ZONE (no pun intendeded) (which is, by the way, a creation of his own ingenuity), was created from to his Dimensional Manipulation abilities. This versatile ability has a few limitation, however: He cannot create a portal or gateway to another universe separate from the one he is in already, given the existence of the Quantum Gateways. He also cannot teleport to a location that is not within eyesight, meaning he must have an eye contact on the location of where he is teleporting. This means he is not able to teleport, say, to a car not within his eyesight, whereas he is able to teleport to a car that he is directly or indirectly looking at.
    • Dimensional Attacks: Anni can draw from a pool of pure dimensional energy from the BONE ZONE, allowing him to harness said energy for offensive and defensive purposes alike, such as constructs or blasts. His dimensional attacks are colored purple, hence explaining why he has purple eyes.
    • Dimensional Constructs: By using the Dimensional energy explained above, or additionally from building materials inside the BONE ZONE itself, Anni can create constructs made from dimensional energy or building materials found inside of his pocket dimension, both in the real world and in the BONE ZONE. This can be used for various reasons, but is primarily used for decorating the BONE ZONE with the occasional castle.
  • Dimensional Storage: For all intensive purposes, the BONE ZONE can be compared to a big ass storage unit with how massive it is inside. Capable of freely drawing energy, items, weapons and minions from the BONE ZONE into reality, it is theorized that Anni can hold a large, if not almost indefinite amount of junk in THE BONE ZONE, which he is able to summon at any moment, given he actually knows what he is grabbing and doesn't make something up. Summoning items is just as easy as putting them in there, though larger items do take more time and energy.
    • Dimensional Imprisonment: Theoretically, Anni is capable of of banishing DEFEATED foes into THE BONE ZONE, so long as the foe has surrendered themselves and has given their consent, which rarely happens, if ever. This is not guaranteed to work on stronger opponents, and takes preference the weaker the foe is. For the most part, it will not work on stronger opponents.
    • Summoning: Anni is capable of summoning items that he previously had stored inside the BONE ZONE to the real world. This includes any weapons, tools, armor, and the like, as well as anyone unfortunate enough to be put inside the BONE ZONE. The only limitation behind this is that the item must already be inside of the BONE ZONE, meaning that he cannot literally just pull, for instance, a sword out of nowhere. It should be noted that item obviously too large to put inside of the BONE ZONE, such as a large vehicle, cannot be pulled out at any time, leaving him only with the ability to pull out stored weapons (see equipment), items of interest, minions, and occasionally people.
  • Minion Creation: Anni is capable of creating skeletal minions from the BONE ZONE's energy and spare souls, both to guard the BONE ZONE and to serve him in the real world. While they don't last for long in the real world due to the fragility of their souls, they make for excellent guards of the BONE ZONE since they last forever in there, and are especially deadly in numbers. These minions are commonly armed with beam swords and shields made from Dimensional energy, or Anni's self-proclaimed "Bone Blastas", which fire projectiles made of, you guessed it, bones, powered by Dimensional Energy. More on that in equipment.
  • Ageless Status: While not technically immortal, LORD ANNIHILATOR ages at a slower pace than regular humans, partially due to the fact that he is a skeleton. This does not mean that
  • Skeleton Physiology: As a Skeleton, Anni is immune to diseases, toxins, and the like, and does not require a source of Oxygen.

Weaknesses:
  • Due to plot restrictions and the existence of Quantum Gateways, Anni cannot use his dimensional abilities to Travel through the universe as he pleases. He can use it, however, to quicken travel inside a universe he already is located in the form of his teleportation, but cannot use it to travel directly to other universes. Additionally, Anni cannot instantly teleport to Point X from point Y without point X being in eyesight, meaning he must have a view of where he is teleporting to, within feasible distance.
  • Other Dimensional Manipulators, for obvious reasons. They are capable of negating almost any ability Anni has dimensional-wise. Those who are capable of manipulating dimensions can easily escape the BONE ZONE or attack Anni himself.
  • Anni is incapable of banishing powerful, or larger opponents and objects, namely items that are several times larger than he is. Only defeated and surrendered foes can be abandoned to the BONE ZONE, which rarely happens at all.
  • When summoning objects from the BONE ZONE, Anni must know exactly what he's summoning, or who he's summoning. On top of that, the object must already be inside of the BONE ZONE, meaning he can't just pull a gun out of nowhere; it has to already be inside the BONE ZONE somewhere he knows it is.
  • Quite obviously, Anni is a Glass Cannon. If he is not protected by constructs, or Dimensional energy shields, he's just as durable as... well, a skeleton.. While he's capable of easily putting himself back together should dismemberment happen, he's quite weak defense-wise.
  • While Anni ages slower than most, his soul is still just as vulnerable as a regular human, meaning that severe damage to its integrity can kill him.
  • Anni's own Bone Blastas are quite heavy and fire large rounds, limiting his mobility and forcing him to use them at longer ranges.
  • Anni's Bone Bustas require an excess amount of Dimensional energy, and are unable to be used in quick succession.
  • Most of the time, LORD ANNIHILATOR is very cocky and arrogant, often leading him to take on foes leagues ahead of him in power or skill level.
  • His Dimensional Attacks, and some of his weapons such as beam swords and BONE BLASTAS, draw from the energy of THE BONE ZONE itself, which is a finite pool of energy that recharges gradually over time. Should this run out at any moment, Anni would be in the dark and forced to use his dimensional abilities without his energy, and would be without light in the BONE ZONE'a single castle.
  • Anni is not a very organized person. He has not yet brought a cleaner into THE BONE ZONE or cleaned it out himself in a while, and, as such, it is very messy, making it even more difficult to draw weapons from it.

Personality: Like most immature people who find out they can manipulate dimensions, Anni is a reckless, overconfident and constantly bantering wreck, but is in no way an "evil" individual. In fact, that's the last thing he would want himself to be. It should be noted that Anni has a big problem in finding a time to balance being serious and being silly, as it seems his Aku complex is more leaning towards the latter, most of the time. Serious or not, Anni has always been known to put off a very threatening vibe, first and foremost since he's a skeleton, but also because of his sometimes creepy attitude and threatening dialogue.

Noteworthy Equipment:
Out of the BONE ZONE, Anni can call a variety of weapons, armor, or companions into battle. Here are some of his favorites.
  • Beam Sword: Anni's primary and most commonly used weapon is the Beam Sword, a menacing one-handed double-edged blade made of a (fictional) metal from hell, the aptly named Satanium. In Anni's world, this is Hell's bootleg version of adamantium - an incredibly durable, heat-resistant metal and versatile from Hell, making it the perfect metal for both armor and swords, like Anni's. Its supernatural properties allows it to strike foes both in the underworld and real world. Given its name, the Beam Sword functions perfectly as a conventional bladed weapon, yet no one ever understands at first why it has its name because it looks more like a knight's sword rathe than a light saber. That is, of course, until they see how the blade uses stored Dimensional energy inside of it to effectively transform it into a literal red hot 1,000 degree knife from Hell, only if that knife was a purple-hot and a sword. The dimensional energy of the Beam Sword is focused on the blade itself, allowing Anni to accomplish feats that would normally be impossible with a regular sword, while at the same time reinforcing it from incoming damage and other swords with the energy around the blade. The dimensional energy focused around the blade can effectively extend the range of Anni's sword based attacks, allowing him to strike at a distance that most sword fighters would be unable to, while remaining protected at a safe distance. If that isn't enough, the blade is capable of discharging excess stored energy in the form of beam attacks, as a last resort or surprise move.
  • Bone Blasta: A one-handed ranged weapon, the Bone Blasta is a firearm made of Satanium, the same metal Anni's beam sword is made of. They are light enough to be dual wielded, but their modular and handgun-like design allows them to easily wielded or combined with a second Bone Blasta to create a rifle-like weapon, increasing its power and range. Quite literally, a Bone Blasta fires kinetic projectiles made of bones, but are operated by Dimensional energy in the same way real-world firearms are operated by gas or gunpowder. This weapon is commonly used by Anni's minions alongside the Beam sword as primary weapons, and are quite effective overall, despite their outdated design. Do not feed to dogs.
  • Anni's Big Bone Blastas: Take what I said above, but every handgun is replaced by a shotgun. Anni uses his own Big Bone Blastas over the regular Bone Blastas, preferring the increased firepower of the weapon of his own design. Instead of Satanium, it is made of actual bone, yet fires Dimensional energy projectiles for a more up to date weapon. Despite this, Anni's Big Bone Blastas limit his movement from their weight and are more preferred to be used at mid range.
  • Bone Bustas: Though Anni is incapable of using dimensional energy based attacks with, well, his hands, he suffices for this in the form of the Bone Bustas, his most powerful weapon. At any time, Anni is capable of calling upon the Bone Bustas from the BONE ZONE for additional firepower at a range surpassing both his Beam Sword and Bone Blastas. The Bone Bustas, in a sense, are floating skulls of various number, ranging from just one to even ten. The positions of these skulls are not static and are capable of being configured by Anni at any given time, since they are able to move about freely in their 20 foot radius or rotate around in any direction he needs them to be for any purpose. This allows him to create complex firing positions for each of the Bone Bustas he deploys on the field, whether to engage one target or multiple targets at once. The Bone Bustas are packed with Dimensional energy, which can be discharged in the form of powerful beams from their mouths, or in a more invasive manner as a kamikaze-like attack. Bone Bustas do not have to be consciously controlled by Anni, as they are capable of acting autonomously by default. This causes them to suffer an accuracy penalty, however, as more often than not the enemy is capable of dodging beams from the Bone Bustas. Bone Bustas require time to charge up in the form of a quick, one second charge up phase, and will keep firing until their energy has been depleted, where they will promptly return to the BONE ZONE. Without excess energy in the BONE ZONE, Anni is incapable of using this.
  • Super Bone Bustas: Instead of human skulls, the Super Bone Bustas are made of demon skulls, which are larger than human skulls and thus do an excessively more amount of damage in their beam or kamikaze attacks, at the cost of slower movement speed. Technically, Anni can use practically any skull for the Super Bone Busta, so long as it is somewhat intact and not a human skull, where it will be classified as a regular Bone Busta instead. These obviously use a massively higher amount of energy than their smaller versions, and repeated use can quickly drain the BONE ZONE of its energy, leaving poor Anni defenseless.
  • Satanium Armor: Anni is completely aware of the fact that he is a skeleton, and therefore much weaker physically than most run-of-the-mill superhumans out there. As such, he took it upon himself to create his own set of combat armor to give him not just a more menacing presence on the field, but also longer survivability. Satanium turned out to be a very good choice for building material, as the combination of its light weight and incredible durability allows for the perfect balance of protection, agility, and flexibility. While Anni is still looking for a more up to date alternative, this is his best option as of now.
  • LORD DESTROYER (or Des): LORD DESTROYER the name given to a Skeleton whom Anni banished to the BONE ZONE during his first major fight, and has proven to be a valuable asset ever since. A skeleton with roasts just as powerful as his Blue Fire Manipulation Capabilities, LORD DESTROYER quite literally burns everything and anything he comes across, and can be easily called into battle or recalled, when Anni requests his assistance.
  • Face Melter: Like all hoarders, Anni can't help but to grab the little things he adores for the BONE ZONE's collection. One such item is the Face Melter, a custom-made electric guitar from Satan's own personal collection. Technically classified as a bladed weapon, it really should be classified as a Weapon of Mass Destruction, given its brutal use as a sonic weapon and morale eliminating tool. Gained after defeating his former Big Bad Boss, Satan, the Face Melter under Anni's control functions just as well as a guitar (and, occasionally, melee weapon) as it does a tactical weapon probably banned by the Geneva Convention, using sound as its primary weapon in eviscerating enemies and eardrums alike. Anni's full Dimensional Power capability is unleashed while playing the Face Melter, though as per customary duel rules, the only time he may use this would be in a musical duel against an enemy. Duel or not, this has a variety of uses, such as attracting enemies, pleasing crowds, and occasionally causing blunt force trauma.

Backstory:
Hell isn't an extremely painful or hot place to live in, nor is it any worse than the slums of the real world. In fact, most people find it wonderful to live in Hell, at least, in LORD ANNIHILATOR's world, albeit with a bit of a hotter climate and lots of condos. For people like Anni, you would be one lucky man if you managed to end up in the more casual areas of the underworld like in Anni's case, rather than burning in a pit of fire for all eternity. But overall, people found this to be a very boring life, apart from the occasional game show or banishment to the pit of hell. Anni quickly came to realize that this would be the way he would live for the rest of time, pushing him to act in order to escape his fate.

Coincidentally, this was around the time when Satan, the mostly benevolent ruler of Hell, decided on spicing things up a little (or to just One-up God) in introducing a great new game show to give one lucky skeleton a second chance at life. Due to excessive commercialization, the whole show was turned into a mix between a reality TV show and an obscure game show from Japan. The competition pitted skeletons like Anni in an extremely dangerous and harrowing gauntlet full of Herculean labors, heartbreaks, and heroism. The competition gradually eliminated the weaker competitors over time until it led to the penultimate guitar battle with Satan himself. Alone, one could do only so much against Satan, who was known to be able to literally blow away the competition with the Face Melter, something Anni saw as an opportunity to lead to his success. You see, he realized that there was only one of Satan, but there was no rule against bringing in helpers to the duel, thus giving him the advantage of numbers.

Anni also had an advantage that others did not have - a superhuman ability. And a strong one, at that. Before his time in Hell Anni's ability was dormant, but seemingly was unlocked once he died, allowing him to access both the physical realm and Hell's underworld at will. With this new found power, he constructed the castle in the BONE ZONE, his own personal pocket dimension, and began stockpiling weapons, minions, and other items for his pocket dimension, all for the final fight against his Big Bad Boss. Anni frequently ventured into the human world under the pseudonym of LORD ANNIHILATOR, where he fought alongside, and often against, various superheroes, villains, monsters, and aliens alike. This gave himself quite the reputation among many, both in Hell and the real world, which also made him a target specifically for other Skeletons like him all vying for that chance of living again. Anni soon made it his priority to eliminate the competition and send them to the BONE ZONE, where he could use them for later in his duel with Satan. The only problem with this was that nobody would surrender to him, save for one skeleton.

LORD DESTROYER was Anni's personal rival in the competition, and was just as popular as he was among the denizens of Hell. Pretty soon, it became clear that the only skeletons left in this little game for life were LORD ANNIHILATOR, and LORD DESTROYER, two very powerful equals all with very different goals in mind for winning the game. A massive battle took place between the two skeletons, with Anni's Dimensional manipulating powers clashing with Des's extremely powerful blue fire. When it seemed as if Anni wasn't going to win this one, he suddenly pulled his trump card and unleashed his own ultimate combo, dubbed "BONE VOYAGE." Defeated, LORD DESTROYER became the only foe ever to allow himself to be banished to the BONE ZONE, likely because it was the better option than just burning in hell fire eternally.

Finally, after just six months of guitar dueling, epic battles, and gathering virtually anything he could fit in the BONE ZONE for use later, Anni was ready to take on the big bad himself. The battle turned out to be a huge success for Anni, surprisingly, and, as a token of winning, Anni was awarded the Face Melter, straight from the man himself. The only problem with his reward, though, was eternal life. Like all contracts with the devil, there is always a catch. This time, since it did not specify whether or not the winner would be a Human again, Anni was given the gift of immortality... while still being a skeleton. But, on the plus side, he was allowed to physically go to both the real and under world, without fear of repercussion.

Anni partook in a few more battles alongside various heroes, but found most of these battles to be extremely boring and easy. He longed to have a fight that reminded him of his clash with LORD DESTROYER. Nearly on the Devil himself, Anni wanted to become the strongest of his word, as well as the strongest among the humans. He always pushed himself to his limits to improve his dimensional abilities, and used said abilities to visit other dimensions and universes he previously thought did not exist.

One day, Anni was called forth by Satan once more, who had resorted to a paranoid, closed off life after getting word of the rapid, sudden disappearances of a multitude of gods and deity figures of their universe and others. No normal "God" would just die off like that, so there had to be something fishy going on with their disappearances, hopefully involving a formidable opponent. Seeing this as the opportunity to finally duel with a powerful opponent like with Des, Anni took it upon himself to find out the source of these mass disappearances, and stop them once and for all, lest disaster hit his own universe. Of course, he was just a little fish in a big pond, and never knew the what he was about to get himself into.

Hey bud. I'll go review my old Section 31 character and consider modifications to make him a bit more viable in combat for this RP since he was more geared towards the ship for our space ship RPG. I'm considering him, a Destiny character, or something from Marvel akin to Dr. Strange. I'm wanting to do a character with a weapon and some form of "magic-esque" ability.

We plan on having our fair share of space combat in this RP as well, so a good ship will still be quite useful ;) We don't have any Destiny or Marvel characters yet either (or at least not that I can remember), so either of those should be quite interesting as well. Looking forward to seeing your app!

Alright, tough choice. I can do Section 31 and bring in "Task Force Epsilon" as a space combat unit but primarily play a support roll such as ground strikes, transporting characters, that sort of ordeal and use my main toon as an away team member to join the rest of you in combat, or I can roll with a Warlock from Destiny and just have a little jump ship. Thus far we seem to be lacking heavily on any space ship type things other than personal craft.

I'll take input from anyone on this that wants to throw out ideas that would help the RP! Cheers.

Would be interesting to interact with my toon, him being Vice Admiral and some what of a war hero due to Star Trek Online. Granted this is from a multitude of the universe, so he could be from a near copy were Sean doesn't exist in.

Having some combat support and additional muscle in space could definitely be a big help ;) Warlocks are always fun too though, so I'd say go with whichever seems most enjoyable

Character Name: Blare Grawnyk, Rogue of Life

Gender: Male

Appearance: Blonde hair, green eyes, Caucasian, short and skinny, lacks muscle

Age: 15

Universe of origin: Homestuck (OC)

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Abilities: Ability to store health in liquid form, harvests and administers health through a custom made knife(see equipment), can revive if his death is not just or heroic, flight

Weaknesses: Normal human weaknesses, will permanently die if death is just or heroic, poor endurance

Personality: Pessimistic, energetic, short temper, quick to notice details. Notably becomes extremely stressed in times crisis, and often forgets important details. Not a very reliable choice for most tasks.

Noteworthy Equipment: Hatchet with cushioned handle, knife attached to small bottle that is used to harvest and administer health. Functionality is controlled through a small switch on the handle. At maximum capacity, contains enough liquid to regenerate a single-jointed appendage

Backstory: Blare Grawnyk was raised in a middle class household with two loving parents and an older brother. He was a fairly average person, not likely to be famous nor infamous for his actions. In his free time he also ran a blog where he reviewed video games. His endless cynicism and eye for detail allowed him to pick apart even the best of games. Tens of people read it, and reception was mostly positive. One day, he received numerous requests to play SBURB, a brand new game that had the whole market on the edge of its metaphorical seat. Only problem was that Blare didn't have anyone to play it with. So he held a competition to get a few of his readers to join him in the game. Nobody signed up, so Blare was forced to find random strangers on the internet to play with. Had things gone a bit differently, Blare would have disallowed exclusively multiplayer games from that point onward.
Blare entered the game as the Rogue of Life, with his planet being the Land of Gardens and Desert. His quest was simple: spread fertile soil to the entire planet. Things happened, imps were slain, gates were reached, and soon enough Blare had reached god tier along with a few of his new chums.
And so the session continued. It went about as well as you would expect. That is to say, it went alright. It had ups, downs, and enough talking to make one contemplate strangling themselves. But in the midst of it all, the boundaries between universes weakened and crumbled to dust. Travel between universes was easier than ever before. But with this new travel came new visitors. Some friendly, others not so. The story picks up during a particularly hostile first encounter with another universe in which invading Ascendant forces join with the session's Black King to launch a devastating assault.
