Subject is emotionally unstable, suicidal, and extremely dangerous to both himself and those around him. Truthfully, I do not know how he hasn't exploded already. The loss of his entire family, friends, and other loved ones two years ago has created a subject that is not fit for standard military service. He displays extreme aggression, disregard for his own life, and takes potentially life-threatening risks even when safer alternatives are clearly available. BIOGRAPHY: Born on the planet Skopje, primarily colonized by Slavic Ethnic Groups, Tadeusz Czarjkowski had a relatively happy life despite being born just before the Human-Covenant War and thus having no memories of peacetime. Skopje did well for itself during the war, safe as an inner colony unlike the outer colonies which the UNSC continued to lose to an unstoppable alien force. Growing up it was instructed to Tadeusz that everyone had a role to play in the war, whether it be creating the weapons, food, or other supplies needed for the fight or doing the fighting itself. As such Tadeusz found it easy signing up for the UNSC Marines the day he turned 18. Serving on several different battlefields with the 201st Tadeusz showed great skill with explosives and general combat, earning him commendations, medals, and a recommendation for ODST training after 4 years of service.
Tadeusz passed ODST training in 2545 and was immediately assigned to the 2nd Shock Troops Battalion aboard the Wrathful Fire. Again, displaying courage, flexibility, and success on the battlefield Tadeusz was promoted up to Lance Corporal. Then in 2547 Skopje was glassed in October, near the birthday of LCpl Czarjkowski, leaving everyone he knew as Presumed KIA. Around this point several complaints were filed by soldiers near Tadeusz regarding his mental state, however they were followed by commendations for courage under fire...then followed by more reports that such "courage" was rather "suicidal recklessness". Nevertheless LCpl Czarjkowski continued serving with the 2nd until his file was passed to ONI. The recruiters of Quasar saw him a good fit for a team that would be pushed into suicidal missions, and so after Quasar's first mission the LCpl was pushed into the unit.
