Even though I'm not in the RP, (Yet.) I agree with this, we should just split Bewo into 4, here's my proposal for those 4 countries:

1) Niger - Mali client or just a regular New Dominion member.

2) Nigeria - ND or World Alliance member.

3) Biafra - Opposite of whatever Nigeria chooses. Broke off from Nigeria for ethnic reasons, majority Igbo.

4) Cameroon - Neutral leaning WA.
