History: The Vinlac are a race of warrior lizards who've been on the planet for centuries. They stand at around five feet and eight inches on average. Their skin is a thick dark green hide with a light green "underbelly". Their yellow reptilian eyes allow them to see as well as humans. Their long, spiked tails allow them to keep balance and be used as a natural melee weapon along their clawed hands. Their fanged teeth carry a natural venom that makes their bites hazardous meaning they have a last resort weapon if worst comes to worst. Due to these it made their fighting focused originally on just using their bodies when, in 360 BBY, Clan Julvon led by then Patriarch Solvok discovered how to forge metal blades creating the first Vinlac Sword. It is a long iron blade that have "barbs" on the side meant to be used for stabbing, allowing the blade to tear at the flesh inside a target, namely another thick skinned Vinlac. By 128 BBY they had discovered how to make blasters but they referred to them as "Sedah Rifles", in reference to their Draconic God Sedah, the God of War.
Due to the constant fighting between the Clans they had rapidly developed their ability to fight and had various doctrines developed depending on which Clan they are in. If you were a Vinlac warrior in Clan Julvon you'd have the latest in weaponry and armor but only knew how to charge at your enemy whereas if you were of Clan Tyfon you would have more of a focus put on ambushes and using melee weapons to deny ranged warriors their ability to fight from afar. Thanks to this wars were a confusing mess and long affairs. But it also meant they developed a long martial tradition and a deep respect for the role of warrior. Tyfon Fathers often grant their sons inscribed swords and knives as a sign of being an adult. These Tyfonians are noted for always carrying their blade with them, as a way to show they are both adults and accepted by their community. If that blade is taken away or lost they are then frowned upon and considered as less than a true Vinlac.
Despite all this conflict they united as one race and people when, in 9 ABY, they were invaded by Space Pirates. These Space Pirates, outfitted with the adequate armor and weaponry, rapidly helping them fight back the violent and deeply connected inhabitants. What tipped the tide in their favor, however, were their small fleet in orbit of who could bombard the planet and defenders at their leisure. They didn't use it often, however, as their contractors wished to use the Vinlac as slaves for his vast mining empire. Out of the ashes of invasion, however, arose a hero: King Vultuth of Clan Kinolk. A mighty warrior, a skilled marksman with a Sedah Rifle, and a good tactician, Vultuth resisted the pirates with his warriors since the beginning. Every instance he could fight the pirates was an instant he took. Naturally this made him a hero for he was seen as being a determined patriot who was fighting to protect his home no matter the odds.
This reputation and near hero worship was not unfounded as two years into the fighting he had come up with a genius plan. He noted that only four ships ever landed or came into orbit: Two transport ships and two light cruisers. He noted that, if they could sneak a few troops onboard, they could potentially overpower their captors and take the ships for themselves. It was risky but it seemed like the only one that could turn the stalemate into a war that was in their favor. When the next scheduled ships landed to take the newly captured slaves to their new hell, the warriors were snuck onboard. When the transporters took off they overpowered the crew, freed the captives, and took the ships back down to the surface. Since the pirate band only had those four ships they didn't dare risk firing on their own investment and instead sent the cruisers down to drop off ground troops to retake the ships. As this happened while most of the army was still around it resulted in the same mistake being made: The pirates were overpowered (this time by sheer numbers) and their ships were captured as well. After being threatened and tortured into sharing how to operate these vessels, the Vinland let them go so long as the pirates vowed to never return to their planet. They are then disarmed and kept prisoner until Vultuth can find somewhere offworld to release them. For now, though, he contends himself with modernizing his people after they recently decided to crown him King of a now united Vinlac.
Brief description of diplomatic relations: Unknown as they have only recently gone to space. However they'd be cautious and suspicious of outsiders.

ACCEPTED but do you mean 9BBY?
I and the co Ops use the dice.
With regards to the special plans. I'm no Co-Op so my words shouldn't be taken with any weight, but from your history this CIS faction (I do like the name) is based on a battered droid fleet, and not the holdout of some higher level scientists or engineers. Why would they have top secret plans? And even if they did, why would they have every single prototype plan under the sun? What would have happened if the clones had boarded their ships, and got hold of the schematics? If the remnant must have access to a proto-type schematic, in the interests of fairness it would have to only be one. The alternative is someone just zerg rushes you and steals the plans anyway.Ascoobis wrote:

Civics: Hereditary Rule, Authoritarianism, State-Property, Warrior Culture
History: The history of the New Sith Empire begins thousands of years before the present day, dating back to the freezing of Darth Malgus in carbonite by the Eternal Empire in 3637 BBY. Malgus was originally frozen as a trophy for Valkorion, but after his assassination was quietly sent to a storehouse near the Unknown Regions along with a fully-armed army of Sith troopers as a 'secret weapon' of the Eternal Empire, with the knowledge of the storehouse's location being stored on a Sith holocron held by the Eternal Empire. The holocron was lost during the fall of the Eternal Empire, and the vault's existence was forgotten.
The holocron was eventually found by spacers, and was bought by Jabba the Hutt, who attempted to sell it to the Galactic Empire only to have Tyber Zann steal the holocron during the transaction. The holocron was in turn stolen by Bossk on behalf of the Empire, and was reclaimed by Silri, one of Zann's allies, during a raid on the Imperial archives on Coruscant. Silri unlocked the holocron and broke off from Zann, travelling to the location detailed within and opening the carbonite vault. Silri unfroze the army within the vault, including its leader, Darth Malgus. Silri explained the situation to Malgus, who rapidly took command of the army and made Silri his apprentice before proclaiming the Reborn Empire. However, despite having one of the most powerful Force users in the Galaxy, the Reborn Empire's technology was several thousand years out of date. To rearm the Sith troopers, Silri traded the Sith Holocron to Talon Karrde in exchange for the location of an Imperial storehouse of Clone Wars-era technology on RZ7-6113-23. Over several months of ferrying the Sith Troopers were gradually transfered to RZ7-6113-23 before leaving the facility with as much in the way of weaponry and equipment as they could take. During this time, Darth Malgus identified the Human colony of Tyesu as on the Bakura-Ankus Hyperspace Lane as an ideal location to establish the new capital of the Reborn Empire. The colony was renamed to New Ilum, after Malgus' original base for the New Empire millenia ago, and was swiftly captured by the Empire's forces.
Brief description of diplomatic relations: Minimal. The Empire refuses to acknowledge nations that have not subjugated themselves before it as legitimate governments, and instead regards them as future subjects or conquests. Diplomacy is only done when the Empire is forced to undertake diplomacy.

You only have 950 credits (cr) to spend, excluding the free buildings. However you have ended up spending 5,111crIf I would make a suggestion, spend most of the 950 on fully upgrading the economic side of your planet, with any left over spent on some ground troops.
Also, it might be better to have the planet (name, number, and type - garden, barren, gas giant etc) at the top, with all its relevant buildings following in a tight list. I have done this, which will be cleaned up once it is stuck in the archive thread: Basically, it is the planet, its type, its income, and how much the buildings cost on the first line, then the buildings with their individual incomes, then the next planet. Its simple, clear, and easy to use, whether that is counting up the income or the cost each month.Jhet wrote:

I know I've made mistakes, since I've never had to fill out this kind of template before, so please point out any mistakes as you see them.
I was thinking, to liven things up later in the RP, this CIS remnant could have maintained a copies of the schematics for two potential super-weapons of Separatist origin(Such as the First Death Star and the Subjugator-Class Heavy Cruiser(Malevolence and Devastation variants)) hidden in its vaults, but unable to build due to resource constraints.
