I figured that most characters would be on the darker side of the spectrum, so I had Marcus be a very cheerful and optimistic character to contrast that.

I've never been good at 'good' characters, even my least evil character ever (Maxwell Chambers) was a cowardly wimp afraid of his own shadow (and probably selfish).

Ironically my app for Helvetica was made as a dark inversion to your app for Marcus after I first read it.

Generally it's assumed that Wild Companio are decended from the Companio that where sent out of Holm to replant, and prepare the land for Numans- in essence Companio where the first to settle the new world after the Great Devistation. Though some Companio are wild due to the lose of their partner or having fled from Horde captivity.

It is indeed possible to find wild Selims and Kanilins in the wild or Companio that resemble them.

Will need ti be confirmed with Harb but I think...

The Companios would have descended from the originals genetically engineered to scout out for humanity so it makes sense that they were designed to breed with other Companios (or maybe even asexually) to produce offspring either identical or a hybrid of two different Companio species.

There would surely be other Selims and Kanilins out there, maybe roaming about as Wild Companios or other Numans with their own Selims oand Kanilins.

Helvetica's Companio is the product of the Horde forcing a vine-like Companio to 'evolve' under unique circumstances, so Amonio might be the only one of its kind. If there are others it wouldn't be naturally occurring as its an artificially induced transformation practiced only by the Horde.

Additional Details: He is one of the oldest Companios in existence, one of the first created, so many years ago. He was created, like most others of his kind to do most of the heavy work, to be the muscle so to speak. They cleared roads and trees adn helped the other Companios in their efforts. He helped them, but he became weary after so many years of work, when it ended he carved out a cave and rested. Time passed until he encountered another of his kind and settled, but as he aged, his mate died and his family moved elsewhere, so once more he rested. His rest and carefree life was unfortunately not to last, it would be interupted by the Original Numans, those who would become the Horde. It was on one of his outings that he encountered them, the Numans.

He fought against them, and he won, but at a cost, he was gravely injured, but was not able to heal for some time, until he could create another Cave. He found a small natural cave and rested, healing his wounds, he expanded the cave to make it better. For a while after he awoke he would wander and create other caves, some he would use others would be used by other Companio. He would occassionally encounter Numans of the Horde again, but would always escape, or not be seen, a surprising thing given his size. The next while would pass the same way the previous years had, with him resting, eating and wandering, as well as fighting when he must. One time when he awoke he encountered strange beings, who were akin to Companio, but more like the Numan in a sense.

He followed them when he saw them, he was curious, as they were similar in so many ways, yet different a well. His curiosity had a cost however, he fell into a trap, an ambush set by the Horde, but he escaped, but was greatly injured. It was then that he met her, the one who would become his companion and who he would become the companion of. In time they parted, and he went back to his old routine, sleeping and only waking on rare occasions, apart from the necessities. Then one day he just slept, he slept deep, not waking for a long time, until recently.

Before this event, which certain members of Humanity could see coming, two facilities where built- one called Holm, was built in a mountain crater atop an extinct volcano- the other whose name has long ago been lost was built in a cave sheltered fully from the devastation's effects by natural means. Their founders where men of equal intellect but differing views yet both where in agreement on phase one of repopulating the world, that phase called for Companio.

This deviation was discovered by the scientist at Holm, who took action resulting in the cavern facility being destroyed- yet for some reason their genetic stock remained intact- perhaps it was the mantra 'Life Must Continue' or perhaps an oversight. What do abilities mean exactly?

At the moment 00 is the time of the first RP.

Each has their advantages but...

The problem with Formation of the Alliance (A) is that prior to this the Numans and Princesspality likely used separate dating systems and the Horde would have no incentive to adopt the A-dating system.

AH works better because its more consistent but the Horde still predate the events at Holm.

Therefore PD works best - everyone can agree on how long its been since the devastation.

Do provide some additional information of the biographical nature so I can get an idea of the character's function in the world and how he came to be in that role. The timeline might assist with this.

Some general advice before the IC;

It will be temping to escalate the status quo of character to character interaction by doing something hostile that has not been done before- as in to cross a barrier even your rivals have not, but in doing so your foes will likely escalate in response thus altering the sociology between rival and foe to new levels. As in your foes may adopt more extreme tactics to cross barriers in response to you crossing a barrier. In the process becoming more competent, more driven, and less friendly in their rivalry.

This is mostly a 'heads up' to desuade possible situations that could turn a generally light setting with a dark past to the darkness of the past it's self. The Horde has indeed brought darkness to the land, but such need not conquer our souls!

Could my campio be one of the first?

An avg bear lives to 25 ish, it wouldnt be too far fetched, that campios have longer lifes than their normal countterparts. Adding onto the fact the Arkton regen while hibernating and stuff, could it be done, also would he be able to speak?

It is possible for a Companio to speak (like Digimon can), and equally likely for them to make animal noises as speech or speak their own language like Pokemon- regardless of which or which combination of those a Companio utilizes they are all capable of understanding Numan speech. It's part of their nature to be capable of this understanding.

It is also possible for Arkton to be that old for the reasons you have stated.

thanks, we could assume that they live to dfferent ages de to the animal base of each individual Companio, some longer than others and what not.
