I can get behind this as well. My main concern is giving the Imperials someway to roll over the UN. They shouldn't really have the ability to have people who can do this [Giant Orges aside], as it kind of removes a key element from the way the interactions between the UN and Empire are supposed to go. They're not supposed to have anything readly avaible that can easily and directly counter the UN. Not some light counter should exist
