I've also noticed that any UN non-combat personel seem to have been left off the list, meaning they were'nt sent a TG telling them about the continuing of the RP...

....I don't like this dwarf. In fact, I really want to kill him.

Seems like this will be the defining moment between my aiding the group or my attempting to destroy it. Good vs. good. What a dilemma.

O.o Oops, my bad. I'll go back over the list to be safe, any names in particular to save me time trawling through the thread? :3

Also, sorry for the slow posting rate on my end folks - midterms are starting to come in so the next week is going to be a bit on the slow side unfortunately.

And welcome back Mon :D Good to see you!

Sounds like I came in at the right time. If only I could fill out the app on my phone.

Well, none that I can remember off the top of my head, but there was posting by a few non-combat personnel a just before the convoy left, I'll have to double check and send out another round of TGs

No problem. I'm currently preping in most of my classes for end of the year exams

Good to see more people returning/joining

I actually plan on trying to get a wrap up for the whole Ranger situation in my next post[which will likely be today or tomorrow], given of course Ranger co-operates with us...

I saw your post. Just thought I'd point out two things, 1. We're currently south of Italica[Much closer to 50km north of Arnus] and 2. You mention my character as "Captain Fischer" but refer to him as a Lieutenant earlier in the post

And the dwarf kinda wants to kill the wolf, too! Nothing personal; just business, of course, lol.

The "wolf guy" stowed his weapon in his last post. Which was....day before last, I think?

EDIT: In case it wasn't obvious, I'd arranged for this meeting with Osira via Bentus. Really just waiting on them to post. Then I can wrap it up in my next post.

You know....as long as you boobs don't keep shooting the trees.

Biography: "Valentina Richter" is a very abnormal girl. Despite having been orphaned and spending most of her childhood being raised by extended family, she has a sort of carefree attitude. She loves a challenge, and is always seeking to better herself. Despite her family's dismay, she never took to a feminine lifestyle. She routinely got into fights at school, all up until middle school when everyone stopped seeing her as someone to mess with, and coincidentally when the school system told her that if she didn't knock it off they'd send her to juvi. She loved to fight, though. In high school she took extra-curricular boxing classes. Once she graduated, she enlisted in the Marine Corps. She served highly as a Staff Sergeant in a Marine Recon battalion of the Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable). When she wasn't training with the Corps, she would take martial arts classes in her down time. Such martial arts that she had learned were Judo and Systema, alongside becoming instructor capable for the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program.

With someone of her skills, it was no surprise that some old family connections from the Government cropped up once she got out of the Corps. In a very casual but secluded meeting, she was recruited for the Central Intelligence Agency's Special Activities Divison as a paramilitary officer. The next few years saw her honing her spook skills out in Chechnya, gathering intel on the ongoing anti-Russian insurgency, until she was pulled out and selected to partake in the UN operation after the appearance of the Gate. No real official record of her can be traced, and a lot of black ink has been used in her file. Still, the CIA was very interested in what the Gate was, and specifically the threats to the US and NATO it could pose. As far as the UN is concerned, she's just another government contractor type here on a payout.

Personality: Valentina is, for a spook, fairly lax and easygoing. She doesn't get herself hung up on the small things easily. But she has a duality, and can get intensely serious in hectic situations, especially when in hand-to-hand combat.

No, I talked with Bentus.

So many times we get the spook types but not enough of them do it right. It's all "secret agent man" flavored and that's not how it really works. Yes, there's secret squirrel stuff, but the spook is not the suave, witty, and clever James Bond type that Hollywood would have you believe.

I saw he had stowed it, but he was asked to leave it. Its also "loaded" so to say. And how am I supposed to know about the trees[plus I wasn't aiming for it...]

I had a feeling it might be arranged. Well that seems all good, but Fischer isn't just going to let Orisa leave, or Ranger enter, that easily. Just letting you know

Great just what we need, another spook...Well the app looks good, just don't cause Fischer too much trouble alright? You may working for the CIA but you're still under his command

So welcome to the team. It seems you have Bentus' blessing, and I have no problems Besides being a spook...So good to have you here

Who is Corporal Graves? Also, like I said before, you can be a spy, but you're still not allowed to "roam free" so to say. You're also in the lead Iveco[or you were until we dismounted]. Just a heads up for posting

Oh, and on a side note, all recon party members will be wearing SRUCP[Special Region Universal Camo Pattern] rather than their countries standard uniforms

Corporal Graves was my 75th Ranger from the orignal thread that I was also a CO-OP for. I wanted to change it up though. I could also just have Val show up later.

Oh, ok. Well at least Prussia might get a friend...

I guess it is up to you after all. The Recon party won't be returning to Alnus or at the very least requiring outside assistance for at least another day or two ICly. Just to let you know. There's no problem with tacking yourself on late. Most people have already[who have joined the RP post-recon deployment]

Who says the 7000+ year old demigod cares what the human wants? :P
Besides, he doesn't understand a lick of English and hardly any modern Imperial. Best of luck!

As for the bow, it's slung across his back. Still strung, yes, if that's what you meant by loaded. Of course, then again, do you consider a rifle to be loaded unless its charging handle is removed? :P
