It wont be for just a year. You can't just $250 Billion in one year on infrastructure and "Hey, everything's fixed now!". No, it'll take years to fix our infrastructure no matter the budget.
And yeah, we'll be at war in the Middle East for only a year? Ha!

It may not be in the writing, but these special funds will repeat year after year. And even then, just with the reduction of the $55 Billion, that still does jack shit
