The VA is highly nonpartisan, and one of the most popular agencies, I think both sides can agree to have it as their sacred cow.

Near to becoming District Attorney, he was plucked to be U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland. He became nationally known in 1989 for prosecuting Billionaire real estate developer Micheal Barton on securities fraud and insider trading. Riding his new fame, he ran for the 5th Maryland District, winning in a landslide. He has a great congressional record, writing many bills helping the poor and minorities. He met his wife, Julie Friedman, 20 years her senior, in 1995, and daughter of another Billionaire real estate developer. His brother is a controversial wall-street executive at Goldman Sachs.
