While Ferdinand had his home prepared for meeting Dr Johnson, an unexpected letter arrived. Marcus Brightwater was a senator looking for reelection in Florida, and was wanting a meeting. The Mayor of Florida's biggest city could wield alot of influence, so it only made sense. Tomorrow was the date, by when the meeting with Dr Johnson would be over, so the meeting with Brightwater could go ahead.

Ferdinand's very happy to see Doctor Johnson, although his 'embrace' is a bit too close for comfort. Ferdinand accepts Johnson into his home and starts making a cup of tea for him.

"Well Mr Johnson," Ferdinand begins, "I sought your medical advice on a very terrible issue. The Zika virus is a lethal virus from Africa, as you know, and my advisors tell me it could break out in Florida any day now. Miami is particularly at risk because were so close to Africa and Brazil. I could think of no better person than America's greatest doctor to ask the question of: how do we stop it breaking out, and how can we keep Florida safe from it and other viruses."

Donald Johnson sit in the house. "I no drink Tea" he say. "it too hot!!" Then Donald Johnson thinks about Zika. "Zika is bad. Their is no Cure. but i work on a Cure in California because I am the Best Doctor in California. When i make the Cure i give it to Miami for free of charge. i care a lot about People and want to make health for them. Also, i try to make law that make Dangerous Viruses illegal so they cant hurt Your People."

Then Donald Johnson get a glass of water and sit down agan. He about to drink then stop. "This water have Zika in it??" Donald Johnson throw the water on the Floor. "Look out your Water might have Zika in it you must change Miami's Water!!"

Donald Johnson get in his car and drive to California.
