On another note, who do I need a reply for? Oh, and darkness would be affected by time. If time were to stop, all the darkness in the universe would be frozen still.

You sure you didn't leave out a few people, by the way? And I'm fairly certain that Pobeda should be far, far more powerful than Kadoor, seeing as how he's a male troll of a higher caste than Kadoor (slightly), with a speciality in swords.

I'm pretty sure I got everyone who is being used atm.

Pobeda's app lists him at Street Level. Kadoor's lists her at Wall Level. Take this up with IRE if you want, but that's what his apps say, so that's how it is.

And weapon specialty has nothing to do with AP, unless the user happens to use a weapon with a higher AP than they themselves have (i.e., Marguerite is 9-C, but her motion sensor bombs are 9-A), in which case separate listings are made.

Without getting into technical theory shit (as I couldn't really understand half of what was being said and I'm on my phone, my laptop kind of keeled over and died) shadow traveling doesn't really follow the laws of physics nor the laws of Astro dynamics, it's taking the person shadow traveling, converting the body and mind into shadows and then traveling along another shadow to get where you want to go. As long as there are shadows connecting to each other or near enough each other then the shadow can move along to the destination. If that explanation isn't enough then I'll retcon my post
