Basically I'm assuming the people in the small spots of France not under my Glorious rule belong to England. Therefore, those are the areas I need to get from England, and I'm also thinking of making Wales as Vassal.

I was under the assumption they were already independent, and we'd help in a defense capacity. I was just seeing how reasonable. Regardless, I want Alliance with Scotland.
