When I meant the West I meant the Americas as a whole. It is considered the 'Western world' due to the Europeans. I wouldn't push past that, I meant. Like into the Atlantic farther.

And the *Laughs in [certain language] is a meme.

So you want to control the entire Americas, and Asia? Fuck. Also, French ingenuity will save the day! Along with the inevitable collapse of our empires to form new American Governments! Though I can't really see the entire Americas being engulfed regardless. You're people will demand independence eventually.

One: I have no intentions of completely conquering Asia. Just my Pacific holdings from Philippines down to the East Coast of Australia. And the 'Entire Americas' is also false, because I do not want to take over Iroquois or the Maya.

Also, the independence bit. That's the fun part. There will be so little native population due to sickness I can literally waltz across the Americas. Not only that, due to the Shinto belief, and the Japanese' intense loyalty to the Emperor, a call for independence is extremely unlikely. Unlike the Europeans where there's like a peasant revolt every few years.

You would have though the English though the same thing, but culture changes, and so do beliefs, and the French and Spanish can into America. Independence is coming my friend, especially because the plot needs to move. You cannot stop Mardi Gras.

I disagree. The reason why European beliefs changed so often, is due to the religion it's based off of, Christianity. In which god is the true leader of mankind, not a king or queen. Leading to many changes in beliefs in the Americas.

The Japanese, have Shinto. Not only that, their belief in their Emperor is of God status. Any attempt at independence would be declared un honorable and treason by the overwhelming majority, and those people would be executed.

What are you talking about, I'm mentioned multiple times my own colonies would be declaring independence as well. Remember? French United States? Also, conversion to Christianity or someone declare they are the true mandate and status of Empror. Who knows, regardless, I want all foreign influence out eventually

Anyone who declared themselves Emperor in the new world would be executed immediately.

There's a reason that even when the shogun took over through control of the military, they kept the Emperor in a position of power. Because if they removed or killed the Emperor, the Japanese people would rebel hard because of their belief in the Emperor.

It isn't like British America where:

1. They were looking to seek places to practice their religion in peace.
2. Never had much of a respect for the King of England in the first place.
3. Were unfairly treated by the British.

All of those factors led to American independence. Those factors are not present in the Japanese. As:
1. Literally everyone has and practices the same religion.
2. Have an undying loyalty to the King where they would kill themselves willingly for the Emperor.
3. Are treated as fully Japanese citizens.

There is both no reason, and no cause for them to declare independence.

Just Black Plague, nothing crazy. It is just affecting the northern provinces and the Baja.
