Korea just has a loyalty stigmatism. Disloyalty to the crown is very grevious. Aside from that, society isn't strict on presentation or sexuality, mostly thanks to Confucianism's, the most popular religious doctrine(I'd say religion but it isn't exactly), relative laxity when it comes to humans, as it is most concerned with actions. In addition, we're among the best in show for scientific advancements. And we have a nice little empire as icing on the cake.

Our society is kinda interesting. We are influenced by Catholicism and Buddhism. We our Science and Industry are our pride, and we are kinda into empire, into science, into Alliance.
