But that's not how Ravens work....A letter is sent via Raven from one castle to another so it would go straight to the King not to a minor noble who's in the city

And what Eraus said is right about the letters. The letter would be read Pycelle and Pycelle is with the Lannisters, so don't expect any mail.

It would go to Pycelle since Maesters read all the mail. And Pycelle is thrown in with the Lannisters, so any letters that might hurt their effort will not reach their supposed receiver.

Notes: (Please put here any ancillary characters you will likely play as, for example, Tywin Lannister would probably control Jaime, Hoster Tully would also control Brynden Tully, Robert and Stannis etc etc. Keep in mind your ancillary characters can still be apped by other nations.)

Depends whether characters can agree. Ned I presume will want to for Stannis. But then there is Renly also. Depends who Oberyn wishes to support I suppose. Littlefinger is about too so KL could get chaotic!

There will be no confronting of Ned and Cersei, nor will Ned be injured when Jaime engages him. No sending Beria after the Mountain, etc.
