Putting my WIP here because I won't be able to complete it until Monday, but people can go ahead and take a look at the direction I'm going and comment if they so please.

Name: Viktor von Drache
Age; 819, appears 24
Species, Clan, Class: Kindred, Bruja, Elder
Appearance: (Preferably a picture, can have written description as well)
Personality:
Viktor has been through each of the various personality types many vampires do (bloodlust, sadist, redemption seeker and everything in between), and has finally arrived at his current calm demeanor. He is slow to anger, but his wrath, once unleashed, has once been compared to the maelstrom. Still, he would far rather serve drinks at his nightclub, Black Mass. He has definite Anarch sympathies and does not obey edicts from the Camarilla, but has also remained decidedly apolitical, which is part of why the Camariila have not tried to move against him despite the fact that he operates out of his club in West LA (the other being that he is widely respected amongst the Brujah and Gangrel that have thus far remained loyal to the Camarilla). As with most Camarilla and Anarchs, he despises the Sabbat and the few times he has been known to take an active role in events in Los Angeles have been to oppose the Sabbat and destroy their strongholds.
Biography:
Born Viktor von Hofkirchen, the second of five sons of the last of four sons of the third of six sons of an Austrian baron. As the progeny of younger sons, he had little money to his name and was unable to rely on the largesse of his wealthier cousins. As such, he took to the road to seek his fortunes. He found some small amount of adulation and coin from participating in competitions of arms like the joust. Tales of his exploits in such games and some other small adventures were welcomed by his cousins who would willingly host him for short periods, especially when the stories could be used to entertain other guests who actually had influence in court of the Otto IV. During such times he indulged himself on fineries and prostitutes, habits he continued after leaving the hearths of his cousins which resulted in renewed times of light purses.

At the behest of an Aragonese cousin, Viktor made his way to Iberia to take up arms in the service of nobles loyal to James I of Aragon. He distinguished himself in a number of battle before being wounded while suppressing a rebellion in Barcelona. He retired to Zaragoza to heal from his wounds, where he came to the attention of Lady Maria Santos, the Prince of Zaragoza. Using her agents, she brought Viktor within her fold and eventually embraced him. For the next two hundred years, Viktor became high on the unlife. His hedonistic tendencies became amplified by his vampiric nature, and combined with a growing fetishization of the act of the kiss to form a sado-masochistic ritualization of drinking blood to make a Toreador blush. Together with his sire, their coven began working their own experiment to recreate the Second City. These efforts were eventually discovered by the Spanish Crown and Catholic Church. In 1478, under the guise of seeking out Crypto-Jews and Andalusian conversos, the Spanish Inquisition was commissioned as an army of witch hunters to ferret out the kindred. The witch hunters succeeded in driving the kindred from Zaragoza and continued to hunt them until a final conflict between Lady Maria Santos’s coven and the Inquisition in Santiago de Compostela in 1574. The events of the conflict remain shrouded in mystery, but the end result is known. The kindred in Spain were, for a time, successfully suppressed, Lady Maria Santos was destroyed, and what few members of the coven survived were shepherded by Viktor to his homeland in Austria.

In Austria, Viktor became very circumspect about the unlife and began seeking ways to restore his humanity after two centuries of hedonism and a century of bloody war. It was during this time he began his ill-fated romance with a human woman, Agnes. Viktor quietly stalked her for three years before eventually making himself known to her, driving away Catholic riders hostile to the Protestant village she lived in. He initially feared that she would reject him when she learned the monster he was, but she embraced him. Viktor believed he had finally found a path to redemption. Then two years later in 1595, Ferdinand II began his bloody suppression of Protestants. While Viktor was away, settling a dispute between some younger kindred, Agnes’s village came under attack. The woman he had loved for almost five years was dead before he could reach her, and he was unable to embrace her. In a rage, Viktor began a series of bloody reprisals against Ferdinand and Catholics. Though he could never gain access to the Emperor himself, he was successful in creating no shortage of headaches for Ferdinand.

Against the will of the Prince of Prague, on May 23rd, 1618, Viktor convinced the Bohemian Estates to revolt against Ferdinand II. He personally threw Vilem Slavata and Jaroslav Borzita from Hradčany Castle to ignite the Bohemian Revolt and the Thirty Years War.

Looks good so far! As for the NPC bit I just need how many people he controls or his support network/coterie. I don't need apps for them unless it's a POV character.

Name: Geneviève Sandrine Marianne D'Agneau de Morangias Richecour, Comtesse de Lozère et de Saint-Malo
Age; 600 exactly / indeterminately ageless
Species, Clan, Class: Kindred, Antitribu, Elder
Appearance: Geneviève's appearance is not easily described. Perhaps as a result of some vampiric power or maybe as a result of a life spend in disguise Geneviève can to no small extent appear in different forms. An androgynous teenage girl when she was made a vampire she is able to appear as both a tomboyish young woman and as an effeminate young man.
Personality: Adventurous and fickle Geneviève is a devout catholic and an avowed monarchist. Since serving in the armies of Jeanne d'Arc and observing how it was the church who brought Gilles de Rais to justice Geneviève has been naturally drawn towards the church. As an aristocrat, and though she was born to a very obscure noble family Geneviève has fancied herself that since her brother was ennobled after Patay, Geneviève similarly espouses a monarchist ideology. Geneviève's submission towards church and crown appear at least in part driven by some inherent deference to authority. But one would be mistaken to assume that her catholicism, monarchism deference to authority is complete. Geneviève's respect for church hierarchies has not made her less inclined to favor freedom of religion (even for protestants), a very free attitude towards sex and hedonism and other unconventional positions. Nor has her love of monarchy turned her against democracy or enlightenment values which she has espoused since the later days of the French Revolution. And her deference to authority has never stopped her from being both willful and ambitious.
Biography: Geneviève Sandrine Marianne Dagneau was born in the year 1416 in the Duchy of Brittany near Saint-Malo to a minor impoverished breton french noble family that lost most its wealth and land during the War of the Breton Succession when they backed the French candidate Charles de Blois against his successful English counterpart John de Montfort. Geneviève's father provided for his family as a doctor while her older brothers farmed what little land the family retained.

By the time of Geneviève's birth the Hundred Year's War seemed poised to end. Following the disastrous defeat of the French at Agincourt months before Geneviève's birth the end of the Valois dynasty and the restoration of a new Angevin Empire on French soil seemed imminent to all. Devoted Armagnacs and Blesevins Geneviève's family observed with consternation as the wavering Duke John VI first re-annexed Saint-Malo to Brittany and then pursued a policy of fluidly changing allegiances. Dismayed at the duke the Dagneau family turned to Arthur de Richemont, the pro-French brother of the duke, after he was releashed from English captivity in 1420 when Geneviève was four.

When in 1424 de Richemont pledged allegiance to the Dauphin Geneviève's eldest brother Jean, twenty three at the time, joined the retinue of the duke with a handful of men-at-arms. When the duke was named Constable of France the year thereafter Jean, an able soldier, became one of his lieutenants.

The departure of her eldest brother to fight for the Armagnacs hit young Geneviève hard. Having had a fairly uneventful childhood she was increasingly showing signs of nonconformity with the societal mores of her time. Disinterested in the feminine pursuits and virtues of a noblewoman she was an avid reader and an enthusiastic, somewhat skilled, student of martial pursuits. Jean her oldest brother had been tolerant and even supportive of his wild little sister's interest and with his departure Geneviève lost her closest friend and confidante.

Still life went on and regular letters from Jean giving detailed descriptions of his life in the service of the Constable captivated Geneviève's imagination, further encouraging her in her martial pursuits. As her second brother Philip in 1426 decided to join Jean the ten year old Geneviève shocked her family by declaring that she too would fight for France. In 1429 she did just that.

Early that year Geneviève's last brother Jacques departed for Chinon, the Royal Court to enter service in the French army. Disguising herself as a boy Geneviève decided to do so as well. Unlike an almost contemporary young woman making the journey from her home village to the court of Chinon to fight for France Geneviève's travel was uneventful. Without revealing her identity she entered service as a valet de guerre with the company of her brother Jean, who had risen to the rank of captain, just in time to partake in the Loire campaign under the command of Jeanne d'Arc, Pucelle de Lorraine.

As a girl breaking with social mores herself by fighting, in disguise, in the war Geneviève naturally gravitated towards the Maiden and shortly before the arrival of the army at Orléans Geneviève became valet de guerre for Jeanne d'Arc herself who perceived the sex of the feminine looking valet. This appointment would facilitate a disastrous encounter. Serving on the staff of Jeanne d'Arc Geneviève attracted the attention of Gilles de Rais. De Rais, a supporter of the Montfort dukes of Brittany, was naturally opposed to Blesevin elements in the contingents of Brittany, thus also to Geneviève's brothers Philip, Jacques and above all Jean who remained at least nominally supportive of the Blesevin cause.

As a ranking officer de Rais took advantage of the injury sustained by Jeanne d'Arc during the assault on Augustines to arrange for Jean's company of largely Blesevin Bretons to be used as canon fodder for the assault on Tourelles. Learning of this Geneviève petitioned Jeanne d'Arc to intervene and when the assault on Tourelles began the next day La Pucelle lead the troops to victory herself, having undone the arrangements of de Rais.

Infuriated and surprised at the thwarting of his scheme de Rais surmised that only someone on Jeanne d'Arc's staff would have had the opportunity to know both the battle plans and appeal to the Maiden. Spying on the people associated with Jeanne d'Arc he soon realized that Jeanne's valet de guerre was Breton and had served in the company of Jean Dagneau. Later he also began to suspect Geneviève's sex.

The Loire Campaign went on. The once precarious situation of the French monarchy was reversed in a series of stunning victories culminating in the final Battle of Patay where Geneviève's brother Jean personally captured the famed English commander John Talbot while the French routed the English army.

The fortune of both Jeanne and Geneviève however proved short. At the siege of Compiègne La Pucelle d'Orléans, was taken captive by the forces of Burgundy. She was later sold to the English, tried for heresy and burned on the stake. Disillusioned and in shock Geneviève decided to return to her home. She never made it.

In the aftermath of the execution of Jeanne d'Arc de Rais sought revenge for being thwarted. Having become a vampire sometime before he abducted and turned Geneviève in 1432 stealing her away to his castle at Champtocé-sur-Loire. De Rais, upon his retirement from the military, picked up a hobby of murdering children and eating them, usually sodomizing them first, some times after. Geneviève, his first victim, was to be his slave and assistant in this and he kept her capture at his castle in Brittany.

For eight years Geneviève was a prisoner of de Rais and endured the constant abuses and unspeakable monstrosities of the dark knight. Eventually de Rais was, by no small amount of scheming from Geneviève, brought to justice as his crimes was exposed by an ecclesiastic investigation which framed the crimes of de Rais as being merely that of a sociopathic human, for which he was executed. Geneviève was not found.

After de Rais' execution she fled to the Saint-Malo region. Learning there that her brother Jean's bravery at the battle of Patay had not gone unrewarded, and that he had been ennobled and given the name Dagneau de Richecour, Geneviève adopted that name. Eventful and tumultuous years followed for the twenty four year old vampire. Having obtained her freedom Geneviève had to begin to learn to live with her condition and avoid capture or death at the hands of the enemies of her kin. For the remainder of the Hundred Year's War she actively involved herself in the conflict finding that it satisfied her martial inclinations while providing her with a steady supply of sustenance. As the war came to an end Geneviève began traveling the world involving herself in numerous professions, enterprises and projects throughout Europe, and after the discovery of the New World even beyond the borders of the continent. After the fall of Constantinople she became active in the fight against the Turk especially as a tutor, confidante and later royal mistress of Vlad III the Impaler, Prince of Wallachia. Once again disguised as a man she served the Spaniards in the New World first as a conquistador destroying the Aztec civilization and later as an inquisitor enforcing religious orthodoxy on the natives and back in Spain on the Moriscos. Occasionally involved in the affairs of French court and in the Italian Wars she spent most of the first five decades after the discovery of the New World traveling across it in Spanish service.

During the reformation the main line of the Dagneau de Richecour went extinct prompting Geneviève to successfully claim the lands of her brother and his descendants in the form of the countship of Saint-Malo by impersonating a descendant of Philip Dagneau. As a French aristocrat Geneviève established a base for herself at a small medieval castle in Brittany. Residing there Geneviève was able to discreetly and effectively sate her needs assisted by human accomplices that never knew anything truly compromising about her.

The quiet life at Saint-Malo however quickly bored the adventurous vampire. In the long wars between France and Spain she was a regular participant though often conflicted about her allegiance. Something of a French nationalist Geneviève none the less developed a great admiration for the Spanish in part due to her devout catholicism and vigorous opposition to protestantism. Aiding the Habsburg monarchies against the Turks, the protestants and the new world expansion during the Thirty Year's War she ultimately, but very reluctantly sided with the French.

From the end of the Thirty Year's War Geneviève became a permanent partisan of the French monarchy. She became a great admirer of the splendor of Louis XIV's court and partook in all his wars fighting with particular relish the English and Dutch, but also delighting in installing a Bourbon on the Spanish throne, thus aligning her favorite nations. After Louis XIV's death Geneviève continued to serve Louis XV. 1745 was a particularly busy year for her when she helped co-found Louis XV's Secret du Roi and partook in the Jacobite Rising of 45. Disappointed by the failure of the rising she immersed herself in the Secret du Roi, a body who she enjoyed serving immensely. Serving the French monarchy as a secret agent she was instrumental in bringing France into the War of American Independence. Though distrustful of the Americans she enjoyed the opportunity to weaken the British.

Until the French revolution Geneviève, often successfully impersonating new countesses of Saint-Malo, was a prominent French courtier and a one time confidante of Marie Antoinette. The revolution however shook her to her core and in fact she was "executed" twice during the revolution. In both cases she was able to successfully feign her demise while continuing to live. Initially appalled by the peasant uprising, and more than a little offended by her executions, she was a staunch royalist and joined the armies of the enemy of the republic. She none the less developed a grudging admiration for the Republican armies as a result of battles such as Valmy and Fleurus. When the French Republic annexed the whole of the Austrian Netherlands after Fleurus, thus accomplishing what Louis XIV throughout his life did not manage, and the Reign of Terror ended, Geneviève decided to give the republic a chance. She returned to France and became a courtier during the Thermidorian Reaction. Enjoying the decadence of this court she none the less remained unwilling to actively fight for the Republic for most of the decade following Robespierre's fall. One exception was her participation in the events of 13 Vendémiaire where she helped suppress an uprising. During that battle she developed an admiration for the young general Bonaparte. When Napoleon established his consulate much of Geneviève's resistance to the revolution faded, for she had become enamored with many of the enlightenment principles while at the same time rejecting the republicanism and radicalism of Jacobites and other extremists. After the concordat of 1801 when the pope and the consul reconciled Geneviève thus devoted herself fully to the French Republic and later welcomed the empire. Fighting in many of the conflicts of Bonaparte she was particularly active in Haiti during the revolution prior to the concordat. Later she also partook in all the coalition wars as well as the invasions of Spain and Russia.

After Napoleon's defeat Geneviève stayed neutral during the Hundred Day's. Having lost confidence in the Bourbon monarchy she went to the Americas to fight for Spain against its various colonial subjects. After the establishment of the First Mexican Empire she settled in Monterey, California and temporarily retired from politics. Though annoyed by the fall of the empire and establishment of a republic she stayed in Monterey until the Mexican-American War. Incensed by the conquest of California by the United States Geneviève returned to France where a new republic had arisen. She served Napoleon III until his defeat at the hands of the Prussians after which she returned to California and settled in San Francisco. After some attempts at convincing California to secede from the union Geneviève abandoned the attempt and, very reluctantly, decided to be an American. After World War I, which she partook in on the French side, Geneviève resettled in Los Angeles attracted to the film industry beginning to develop there. During World War II she fought in the Pacific after the French defeat and stayed for several years in Japan before returning to Los Angeles.

Some grammatical errors. I will accept; but please try to correct grammar errors which can interrupt the flow of your writing.

Cheers! :D

Yes, sorry about that. My English has been improving but still not quite the same level with native speakers.

Name: Whisper
Image
NPCs:
  • Seven Wizened (Soldier)
  • Three Beasts (Hunterheart)
  • Two Ogres (Cyclopeans)
  • One Fairest (Dancer)
  • One Fairest (Draconic)

Lord of Needles, Speaker of The Bay, The Dancing Fiend, The Rotting Stag
Watcher over the River
Age: He is old. That is all which is needed to know.
Species, Clan, Class: Fae. Moirae
Appearance:
As a True Fae, Whisper can appear however he wishes. An Actor, Prop, Realm, Wisp, each of these is a possible creation of his. His home, or rather the Realm which he prefers to occupy, is that of his own chosen place: the Marchland Needles. Exaggerated, perhaps, to that of endlessly rising towers and forests of hellish make, it’s what he prefers to own. Upon the towers scream the living creations of the Realm, forms of Changelings which one occupied the tower always at the edge of sanity, never finally dieing and never truly living. Hobgoblins roam the Realm freely.

A prefered apparel he wears is that of his rotting stag, which sounds just as it seems to be. Rising-up to a height of eight feet, with eyes that glow like suns, this is nothing to be taken lightly, with claws like an eagle upon each hand and an open abdomen, blood long-since dried staining the corpse-flesh like a dye. Little bits of paper, tags with scripts long since smudged and indecipherable, form a sort of clothing towards him, with nails beaten into the bruised and bloody skin. Each nail is bound by a bow, blackened and oozing with pustules, and what kind of bow it is, just below the nail’s head, and upon each head if the embossment of what looks to be a drop of some liquid or another, long-since dried from, it seems, time.
Personality:
Whisper takes as he pleases. Changelings are curious items to him, objects by which he does not tolerate losing in any situation. The Marchland Needles are his and his alone, and as such the net they cast across the Hedge is his as well. To cross the Hedge without a request from him is to violate his territory, in the Fae’s mind, and as such he makes many Contracts with those attempting to pass. His mind is not on the constant hum-drum that is the pleasure gained from torturing the child with the cane. Instead he prefers to focus on what might be gained in the future. His Contracts, as such, often seem far less important than as they seem. A child later in life. A piece of one’s soul. A bramble from the farthest point in the Hedge. Whisper likes his trades and his rewards; they often outweigh the risks, in all honesty, and those Changelings who make it to his walls often are willing to part with much to ensure they leave Arcadia. In some ways, he is the one of the most pragmatic of the True Fae, as he weighs possibilities carefully, and in others he is a simple creature, primal in his rage of territory lost and ambitious in his want to regain what only he perceives as his loss.

Whisper seldom takes Changelings and only does he take the best. It is the Fae’s view that Changelings are, if mistreated and misused, merely toys which will one day bite back. As such their abilities must be kept in-check, lest a Changeling gain both Cold Iron and the will to try to use it against Fae. To this extent he takes only those whom display an affinity for the supernatural, an ability to sense it, or a strength to hunt. They are his lieutenants, his overseers, at once unknowing slave and soldier. To mistreat them is to earn the wrath of Whisper himself.
Biography:
Whisper began as many other True Fae began. He began in the annals of history, long in the past of the Feud. His first title was that of Watcher over the River, where he suggests his birthplace though such things are surely untrue, and the Fae would take his time in acquiring more Titles, more Names. He moved slowly, stealing The Dancing Fiend from a whirlwind, the Title in the form of dancing shoes entwined with barbed thorn and enchanted. The Rotting Stag was gained through eating the Prop of such a beast. Names were acquired, in such slow time, and he gained his strength through never leaving a position of power. It was his way to strike and never to reveal. It was his way to kill.

In a bid for power, he left his vaunted homes among the raging rivers to find the Marshland Needles, a set of six fortresses laid-out like fence posts along the Hedge. One-by-one, he found and took these for himself, killing on True Fae and devouring him completely on the way. The child was weak already, only with a single Title and a single Name, and though he fought he did not survive. Since then he sits at the top of his former tower, neither wailing nor moving. That Fae, for all purposes, has died.

Since that point, he has made a few forays into the mortal world, mostly being Wild Hunts in bids to find and reprimand, if that word could ever be used, those tresspassers and Changelings who walked his land without paying his toll. It is, after all, his toll and Whisper always intends to keep it that way. On one such foray he was forced to get rid of a platoon of Wehrmacht soldiers who were assaulting his quarry’s home in Russia. On another foray he sunk a destroyer in the British Channel. A mine, the humans said. World War Two was a turbulent time, to state the least.

He has preoccupied himself with the tracking of Changelings who have escaped his net and the recruitment of his own army.
