ATTENTION: This appears to have stagnated with only me and Lakota posting. So there are three options.

1. We shut it down momentarily and come back to it in a few weeks. (Less preferred)
2. We just start posting again.
3. I make another reboot without reboot in the title and try to get more people in.

Within realism. So no China cant start off democratic. They can be slightly less authoritarian but still Communists.
