The reason France has no intention of starting an allout war [yet] is because it needs to revamp the military to be good and proper, as well as make sure to form the Amsterdam Pact with Italy and China in the future.

Also, if we do help Spain become communist, we're only really going to be supplying weapons and radicalization/propaganda to native Spanish communists and such; hopefully, that increases their numbers enough to cause a revolt.

At worst, the Basque People's Republic forms as a buffer state, taking up most of eastern-Spain and covering France's ass. That's all we really need. And, if Scandinavia does become more radicalized/communist, then Ruthenia and Cambria and Germany have more things to worry about than if communism grows stronger in Spain and generally speaking in Western Europe.

It's definitely looking like some fun times ahead.

Give it a few decades of progress and China will probably outproduce all of them, assuming sh*t doesn't hit the fan. Large population reserves and plenty of resources help after all.
