Point of note with regard the Hunnic Empire. Going by the accepted definition of "the Balkans", I have excluded Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary from WIU's claim. I did, however, include Moldova even though it wasn't specifically claimed; having a little island of blankness between Ukraine and Romania made little sense to me.

So, depending on the size he wishes to have, he should most logically go for a buffed up Kingdom of Hungary, including the Romanian Principalities and that part of Ukraine that would allow him to have a tiny coast on the Black Sea, or, if he wishes even more, just go for the entire Austria Hungary.

Dark purple is what the Imperium directly considers to have rights over, from its status as the former Eastern Roman Empire.

Pink is what the Romans consider to have claims over through their status as the Roman Empire(in Italy), and Justinian's conquests (Africa.

Pink is what the Realkpolitik would like to achieve, though not necessarily through conquest.

And before people start saying, no, Rome wants too much clay!

I clearly won't go around conquering stuff, there are countless things to think about.
