No, get out of here. (the Nationalist Tibetan Forces might do so, as they aren't officially recognized by the Dalai Lama nor the Tibetan government. The NTF are more of a criminal organization/terrorist group than they are an actual military; as such, they probably get their funding and weapons from the black market, considering the Tibetan government probably doesn't.)
