Crescent Claws were just a faction from a previous edition of this RP.. and I had that player on Illium's payroll.

Brief description of diplomatic relations: AGOTO has good ties with both the major Human factions. It has spent most of it's existence as a major outfitter and developer of technology for both, with facets in nearly every field. While AGOTO has sizable military production, resource acquisition, and medical development they specialize in security and communications.
Military state of readiness: AGOTO provides a bonus for former military personnel from the two main Human factions when they join. The AGOTO corporation boasts large numbers of security personnel thanks to this, with two of the five founders of the company former soldiers themselves their appreciation for their fellow's skills has bled over into the actual company philosophy with a required minimum of security personnel at every installation and asset under AGOTO control. They have some faster lighter vessels designed for escort or defense of colonies but lacking in attack to an extent. Their security forces remain well armed and well trained but their coordination is the number one strength of the forces.
History:
AGOTO was founded by Joseph Alehaus, Maria Gurov, Yuan Ochi, Howard Tanaka, and Desmond Ortov on July Twelfth 2069 as a technology and security corporation for early space travel projects. They soon have a presence both on Luna and several small installations in orbit. They jump at the chance to help with Victor Manswell's project, the AGOTO corporation is the lead designers for the communications systems, however when the Manswell Expedition loses contac with earth AGOTO is severely damaged in image and stock. Both Yuan Ochi, leader of the AGOTO communications division and Howard Tanaka, CEO of the company step down and retire taking personal blame for the weakening of the company.
Joseph Alehaus is made CEO of the company on March Eighth 2076. With support from Maria Gurov Alehaus redistributes AGOTO's funds into other fields, this begins causing strain with Desmond Ortov, the third remaining leader of the company who is out voted by his colleagues in every decision. By 2087 Ortov has become isolated from most of the company's workings and eventually he leaves the company. As the remaining founders of the AGOTO business Joseph and Maria Alehaus pass their company on to their son Carmichael Alehaus.
In 2089 AGOTO begins record growth having finally recovered from it's troubles early on in it's existence. As the company grows it's interests expand with it. AGOTO soon finds itself employing massive numbers and constructing a series of new production centers. AGOTO continues to transform under Carmichael Alehaus, while it's communication systems are highly regarded it begins vying for placement in other fields such as security and arms development. Sadly Carmichael suffered severe depression the entirety of his life, he committed suicide in 2090 with his son becoming the leader of the company at only twenty.
Marcus Alehaus was much like his father and grandfather, he pressed the company further and further into security and weapons development. This would eventually win AGOTO military and security contracts on Luna and on ships travelling between Earth and the newly established stations on Luna, and soon Mars. AGOTO would help to arm the security of Lowell City in Eos Chasma on Mars, and while it wouldn't provide the station's actual security it would [be inspired to enter yet another new field of development.
In an attempt to branch into colonial development Marcus found his company unable to gain support from any acceptable transport company. With little choice Marcus founded the AGOTO Flight branch, established initially for the crewing of aging ships, the CEO found none met his proposed standards, and so AGOTO Flight began to develop small transport vessels of it's own. While it would inevitably borrow several elements of previous ships the fact remained that by 2122 a small fleet of ships had been developed and constructed by AGOTO using only AGOTO constructed systems.
Establishing a new station, officially called simply the AGOTO Transport HUB, the station quickly was dubbed the new AGOTO HQ and Marcus as well as many other high profile members of the company soon made this their home. In 2124 AGOTO was recognized as the first company to be primarily based on another planet. AGOTO continued to extend it's reach as it's worked with other companies. One such cooperation would be the AGOTO company providing security for the Eldfell-Ashland Energy Corporation.
However AGOTO would lose it's contract with Eldfell-Ashland Energy after 2139 as Marcus geared AGOTO to try and compete in the Helium-3 industry. However losing the contract with Eldfell-Ashland Energy and being largely unable to compete against the energy giant, AGOTO's power weakened considerably, enough so that Marcus would step down and his son Anton would take the mantle o the company.
AGOTO would begin to alter it's function under Anton. Fearing the company would become little more than a mercenary corporation if it continued down this path Anton began pouring money into other facets of the AGOTO company. It's arms production and ship development grew and it's communication's technology division again took center stage. However this lasted only until 2145 when more and more of the company's backers begin pressuring Anton to return funding to the Security division. This is simply due to the continued expansion into the rest of the solar system and the company backers recognize the need for more and more security as more and more installations are created.
Anton having little choice does as requested and AGOTO finds itself much wealthier due to this. Surprised by the amount of success Anton pumps the vast majority of the extra profits into the fields he had intended to grow. He begins to use much of his family's own fortune to add to this as well.
By 2150 AGOTO has a hand in Mass Effect technology and begins to apply it to it's vessels. Soon after as humanity expanded with the Mass Relay Anton pulled strings to ensure several AGOTO ships were among those that would be incorporated into those allowed to explore through the Mass Relay. As AGOTO did so however it remained in a secondary wave style of exploration. Anton intended to profit in the development of discovered worlds and so the company followed his plans as AGOTO ships and security teams became common place with expanding human settlement.
A year ago the AGOTO company began changing once again, setting it's sights on colonizing and developing it's own worlds under the charter of the Systems Alliance. Without a doubt AGOTO has made leaps and bounds in it's influence and power wielding great power and ability in many facets of modern civilization.

A further explanation of how to fill that spot out. I noticed another corporation had some worlds that the Alliance had under it, so I assume I just fill it out saying what of my infrastructure is where within the Systems Alliance.
Pretty much it has to be within human space, it can't be on a planet that is already taken unless its current owner is willing to share.

Sorry for the delay.
Would it be possible to buy some rights to build on the minor colonies that you have?

Long as you pay 25% rent on the income and help protect the planet.
Also Nux: I will make my opening post and add the app to the archive in 28 hours.
