Both of those have 5, and both of them have them coming together through a conquest-a superior military taking advantage of Arab Spring-wracked countries, and the other being a 3-state merge that used the situation to tack on two smaller, weak and needing additional.

That app, on the other hand, wanted to put together more nations than both of those coalitions combined, and have them all mostly just saddle up together easy-peasy
