Not that it would make much sense, but Benelux? Your military is much stronger than mine, but my economy is slightly stronger, and both more stable and faster growing, so we could both help each other out.

Currently our GDP, if you add up Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is approx 1.5 trillion, but the three nations combined into one, Benelux, in 1944, giving plenty of time to build up and strengthen the economy stronger than it would be if they united today.

You really don't understand the concept of a post-industrialized economy do you? The reason why it is growing so fast, is because it is so far behind. The Indian economy is shaky, at best, its growth is because of very poor labor laws and a massive workforce in a newly burgeoning Industrial society. Its a far cry from a post industrial economy like Belgium or the Netherlands.

First off its a war, and people would be trapped in the middle. People would probably get killed. Its was happens, even in the best case scenarios. I can edit, but the buildings would still be shot up bad, from heavy weapons, helicopter fire, anti-tank missiles, grenades, etc. That's kinda more what I meant then aerial bombings, even though I thought you did say that you launched air strikes against Cuban forces. Cuban forces would have been centered in Havana.
