Well, we still want to talk about the aftermath and the future of Cuba and Castro.

The negotiations for the post war treaties and peace deal still need to be held. Currently the US and Cuba are operating at a ceasefire with peace talks on the way. Russia is arriving to facilitate the new Cuban election and to show support. Not much else needs to take place unless you want to submit it IC.

We want a Latin American peacekeeping force and foreign investment. And decide if Cuba will go back to an earlier constitution or make a new one. And will Raul still be allowed into Cuba?

Largely similar being the key word. All of the nations are economically up there, have similar culture, and are IRL rather tight knit socio-economically. Generally speaking Portuguese and Spanish are the only big differences between the nations.

The invasion was supposed to depose Castro and hold a US supervised election. That failed thanks to poor planning and Russian intervention.

Do you realize that America is in a debt of trillions? Any Effort to help a country rebuild its economy will cause a huge strain on not only your economy, but put you in a huge Whole. Not to mention this Cuba mission probably cost you in the high billions.


Russia's way is now to look forward and put trust in budding, highly developing, low-cost labor and a huge urbanized market economy such as India and china.
