Bio Born in Chicago in the year 2245, Henry was raised by his father, Lieutenant David P. North and mother Madeline S. North, he grew up in the Enclave bunker system in Chicago, and at an early age was determined to serve as a soldier in the Enclave. He was thoroughly indoctrinated by adolescence, and enlisted into the Enclave Army in 2263 as a Private, by then, the Chicago Enclave had begun taking over portions of the city, bringing to it law and order, and eradicating ghouls while ostracizing other locals that had been deemed tainted by radiation. The Enclave swelled in size as holdouts assembled in Chicago and a few Vaults in the area that were occupied were allowed to enter Enclave society. Soon however came war with the Brotherhood Chapter in the Mid-West, a war that would rage on for decades with no signs of ending. The two sides both claimed legitimacy and direct roots to the United States, in time several political figures in Chicago, which by now allowed voting rights for 'citizens' which were restricted to only those not irradiated, were attempting to extend voting rights to others in the wasteland in a plan to revive the United States to its former glory with haste. Henry agreed with the movement, being a Colonel when the referendum was held, however, by a 4% margin they voted against extending voting rights. Some time later President Black was elected, and he suspended all voting rights due to growing political divisions, pushing for a return to the system used back at the Oil Rig.

However, Henry was rising in rank after many successful battles against the Midwest Brotherhood, and soon he found himself at the head of the prestigious High Atlas Brigade. After meeting with several political leaders who dissented to President Black's leadership, he agreed to assist them in a coup d'etat against the regime in power. This led to a massive battle between his brigade and several other brigades in the capital city of Chicago, the damage was massive, and while his men were better equipped, once the air force began acting to protect the Black Presidency, he was forced to route south and then East to Gary, where his forces, along with politicians and scientists who had been in collusion with him in the attempted coup decided to begin an exodus east in hopes of establishing a new branch of the Enclave.

Bio (Minimum of 7-10 sentences and basic comprehension of grammar and logic):

Born in Vault 50 in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan near the town of Houghton in the year 2256, John was raised in the vault by his father Collin S. Mosley. John was always a smart child, and luckily growing up in a safe vault, was not compromised by a disturbed Vault-Tec Experiment. Due to the good conditions in the vault he was able to flourish despite the absence of his mother, who died in child birth. At a young age he gained the nickname Jack, and quickly decided to use it around friends and acquaintances. At age 10 he received his pip-boy, and later that year the Vault opened and soldiers with patriotic symbols calling themselves the 'American Enclave' entered the vault to screen everyone before evacuating them to Chicago. Jack was fascinated with the world around him, and soon became very loyal to the Enclave cause, he joined the Army in 2274 as a Private First Class after achieving a very high score on the standard test and impressing his superiors.

His career in the Army was one of constant conflict, typically involving offensives and counter-offensives against the Mid-West Brotherhood, but also crack downs against the many gangs and tribes that dotted the landscape. As he began his ascent in rank he also learned to appreciate the local people who he felt were unfairly treated, and came to fall in love with a 'waster' named Susan. Worried that she would be separated from him or that they would be punished, he kept his relationship secret. However, his worst fears were realized when one day, after returning from a long campaign in mid-Illinois, he visited her house only to find it burned down. He found her charred body in the rubble, and buried it in the back yard in an event that changed him forever. Despite his depression, he persevered and continued his career in the Enclave. When the vote to give wasters full citizenship came up he was a Lieutenant Colonel and the Commanding Officer of Desert Fox Battalion, using his position he voiced his support for it and voted in favor of it, however, the odds were not in his favor, and despite his disgust with the result, there was little he could do -- at least, that's what he thought at the time. He heard rumors of a planned coup, and despite being in the Coldwater Brigade, he defected to fight alongside the High Atlas Brigade during the coup attempt. The attempt failed miserably, and he and his men fell back to Gary where he was promptly promoted by Brigadier General North and formally incorporated into the brigade before they began their journey east.

Name: Hoshaiah Ezekiel
Age: Not known, claims to be 35
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Hoshaiah
Political Alignment: Minutemen
40 Points to assign (Take Note that 0 = Extreme Weakness in Category, 1-2 = Below Average, 3-5 = Average, 6-7 = Above Average, 8-9 = Outstanding in Category, 10+ = Benchmark in Category)

Strength: 8
Perception:8
Endurance: 9
Charisma: 3
Intelligence: 7
Agility: 2
Luck: 3

Skills:
Commando
Armorer
Adamantium Skeleton
Medic
Weaknesses:
•Hoshaiah is plagued by little to no agility, his movements are more labored and stiff than that of his comrades. He's slow to relief his weapons. While he's a skilled rifleman his reloading and holstering abilities are lacking.
•Hoshaiah is awfully unpersonable and thus not one of the better commanders. He isn't a sweet talker nor a man who can convince a person to anything.
Weapons:
Assault Rifle
-Automatic Receiver
-Vented Barrel
-Recoil Compensating Stock
-Reflex Sight

.44 Pistol
Other Items:
Minuteman Outfit
.44 rounds x12 (2 fully loaded clips)
5.56 rounds x180 (3 fully loaded magazines)

Bio Hoshaiah has no memory before the year 2077, his first memories involve him waking up in the capital wasteland naked and cold near Springvale. Unable to find any signs of significant life he traveled to the largest thing he could see, the walls of Megaton. When he arrived the local physician diagnosed him with amnesia and figured that it was induced by trauma inflicted during an attack explaining why he had awoken naked. After being checked up and given cloths and a pistol by Lucas Simms he was off to fight things out and find a way to make a living. He had no name that he knew of, eventually he had given himself a name, Hoshaiah. It was a name of a man in a story he had found a singular page to in the ruins of Dickerson Tabernacle Chapel while searching for scrape as a scavenger. However his search was cut short as the owner of the property came in and fired upon him and his group of scavengers.

Over the years Hoshaiah became a man of many trades, he was a caravaner who ran shipments up along the eastern seaboard, a guard for smaller caravans running between locations in the capital wastes, he learned the skills of handling guns and using medicine when needed. His life however took another drastic turn when his caravan was raided just outside the settalment of Jamaica Plains while they headed to a trade outpost. While Hoshaiah using his gathered combat skills was able to escape from the attack without injury. Hoshaiah was now alone and stuck in the Commonwealth, some guys and armor was all he had on him, the year was 2290 and the institute had just taken its hold over much of the important settalments and began to spread its tendrils through the commonwealth. Hoshaiah after seeing the death and distraction of his friends at the hands of raiders looked to find a way to make his life matter, the last 13 years had just been about survival and now he deemed it time to do something about all the chaos in the world. This is when he found the Minutemen. Hoshaiah instantly grew inamered with their message of protection and freedom and joined as soon as he could.

While still a low ranking member Hoshaiah has shown himself a capable medium ranged fighter, providing accurate automatic fire in support of both more close range allies and marksmen. While still a relatively young member of the group Hoshaiah seeks to grow to More prestigious posts. However with the toons mounting between the institute and the minutemen he finds himself conflicted, to him both organization do great things for the commonwealth and sees it as a shame if the two where to come to blows. However if needed he has made the choice to stay by the minutemen in all but the most morally trying of situations.

Name: Peig Uí Donnagáin
Image

Age: 35
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Standing at 5’4”, Peig is not the most physically imposing of people. With minor, moderate muscles, amongst her BoS companions she would be considered a tiny, tiny person. With fairly tanned skin from long hours of scouring the wasteland, she’s a good deal beautiful. This stated, however, by no means is she a spring flower, light and dainty. Her hands are dirty and calloused from long days working on various kinds of machinery and Peig seems to somehow manage to always get doused in one kind of liquid or another. Normally this is, of course, good old WD-40, though some chemical burns here and there tell of more painful stories. Peig has a shock of red hair, rather long as well though it’s almost always tied back, along with forest green eyes. She’s never still, though. That’s just not how she is.

In terms of clothing, she’s more often in engineer’s garb, dirtied from those same chemicals, along with a pair of welding goggles strapped about her neck. A cap’s never leaving her head, spelling out the words Coast Guard. Peig figures she’d earned it with how many coasts she’s ‘guarded’ from various creatures. She just likes it, too. Sets her apart from the others who enjoy their mundane ball caps.
Political Alignment: N/A
Strength: 4
Perception: 4
Endurance: 5
Charisma: 4
Intelligence: 10
Agility: 6
Luck: 7

Skills: Scrapper, Chemist, Critical Banker, Gun Nut
Weapons:
  • Hunting Rifle
    • .38 receiver
    • Long barrel
    • Full stock
    • Medium magazine
    • Long scope
    • No muzzle
  • .44 Pistol
    • Hardened receiver
    • Bull barrel
    • Standard grip
    • Standard sight
  • Machete
    • Serrated blade
Other Items:
Weaknesses:
Peig relies too much on her luck at times; it’s her thing, after all. It’s a charm she has, and as such there are times where she does something she most definitely should not, something she’s convinced herself she can do. That’s normally the cause of some of her burns. She’s also rather mediocre on most other aspects, from Strength to Charisma. Convincing people just isn’t her thing, either.
Bio:
Peig was born on the Prydwen, that great Brotherhood myth in the sky, that symbol of their superiority over all other things. That great catastrophe, just waiting to happen, and she was born on the thing. Peig was Brother of Steel, through-and-through, and in her early life she posed quite the troublesome bundle for most. Too many questions, the Paladins sometimes said, that she had to take great gulps of air to continue. Not enough questions, the Scribes said, always chuckling. They knew precisely where she was going, after all, and enjoyed the lengthy discussions with her. Peig had that ability to hold conversations with even the smartest of individuals from a young age, something that surprised a great many unsuspecting brothers who thought her to be just a kid. Once she grew older, however, Peig began to rub shoulders with some others on doctrine. They wanted a symbol to the wasteland. Peig saw a torch to be lit.

Her imagination would be caught while on a recon mission, where she saw the hulk of a demolished submarine, the Yangtze. The thing looked so amazing, even if it was dead, and her mind was lit by the concept. Imagine hiding away from your enemies, as though one was a mobile bunker, ready to strike from the sea. Peig would create her own private project quickly, not noticing the events unfolding about her until it was too late. What was the project? It's quite simple. She built herself a small, little submarine, a proof-of-concept thing but forty feet long and powered by Fusion Cores.

The Prydwen was destroyed. The Brotherhood was shattered. Peig would stay away, hearing the news as the Brotherhood tore itself apart in civil war. They weren’t brothers, not anymore, not truly. Brothers stayed together. They fought, tooth and claw, for the remains of their lives, for the glowing embers of the Brotherhood. Since then she’s kept to herself, not at all talking with the outside world unless it’s to buy food, just working on her little project on and on and on, scavenging what she needs for it all..

Hmm, the Mothership Zeta mod is canon in this RP. Not sure how I feel about that. Either way, expect a Enclave underling. Probably just an officer.

The attempt failed miserably, and he and his men fell back to Gary where he was promptly promoted by Brigadier General North and formally incorporated into the brigade before they began their journey east.

So I have a two questions, one was answered.

What happened to the Triggermen? I understand that they probably won't be as powerful because of the lack of raiders but could they still be around and trying to rebuild their influence?

Last one, what about Nuka World or the Mechanist? Are they canon or no?
