Bio Born in Chicago in the year 2245, Henry was raised by his father, Lieutenant David P. North and mother Madeline S. North, he grew up in the Enclave bunker system in Chicago, and at an early age was determined to serve as a soldier in the Enclave. He was thoroughly indoctrinated by adolescence, and enlisted into the Enclave Army in 2263 as a Private, by then, the Chicago Enclave had begun taking over portions of the city, bringing to it law and order, and eradicating ghouls while ostracizing other locals that had been deemed tainted by radiation. The Enclave swelled in size as holdouts assembled in Chicago and a few Vaults in the area that were occupied were allowed to enter Enclave society. Soon however came war with the Brotherhood Chapter in the Mid-West, a war that would rage on for decades with no signs of ending. The two sides both claimed legitimacy and direct roots to the United States, in time several political figures in Chicago, which by now allowed voting rights for 'citizens' which were restricted to only those not irradiated, were attempting to extend voting rights to others in the wasteland in a plan to revive the United States to its former glory with haste. Henry agreed with the movement, being a Colonel when the referendum was held, however, by a 4% margin they voted against extending voting rights. Some time later President Black was elected, and he suspended all voting rights due to growing political divisions, pushing for a return to the system used back at the Oil Rig.
However, Henry was rising in rank after many successful battles against the Midwest Brotherhood, and soon he found himself at the head of the prestigious High Atlas Brigade. After meeting with several political leaders who dissented to President Black's leadership, he agreed to assist them in a coup d'etat against the regime in power. This led to a massive battle between his brigade and several other brigades in the capital city of Chicago, the damage was massive, and while his men were better equipped, once the air force began acting to protect the Black Presidency, he was forced to route south and then East to Gary, where his forces, along with politicians and scientists who had been in collusion with him in the attempted coup decided to begin an exodus east in hopes of establishing a new branch of the Enclave.
