Here is a list of problems

>4.5 billion dollars debt in accounts payable
-Relatively big unemployment rate
-Schools are out of money
-Cannot increase taxes or people exodus out of the state
-PENSIONS IN COMPLETE CRISIS(100 billion dollar shortfall by 2045)
-Unions will fight any pension reform
-Half of pensions covered
-Police brutality
-You have gone a year and a half without a full budget

Yeah so Jackson has 2 options
-REALLY unpopular measures that would pull Illinois out of the hold that it is in
-Continue on current course

Actually, I don't think that this happened in the RP.
The reason it happened IRL is because IL had a Republican governor.
In this RP, they don't.

I'm sure people wouldn't be against raising taxes on the wealthy.
