Personality: Rather solemn in it's task and slow due to a cautious personality making the droid less then ideal for mechanical assistance aboard a star fighter. 'Before' has been noted as a nervous machine furthering this reputation. 'Before' is notably also paranoid and has ran away when threatened with memory wipes which it dreads.
Bio: R5-B4's first work assignment was in support of the Corellian Police Force. R5-B4 was the unfortunate victim of abuse at the hands of gangsters who stole the unit some time before 48 BBY and was something of a mechanical jig-saw puzzle to some. During this time R5-B4 'clicked' in a sense- it's the best way to describe it- and fled. R5-B4 for sometime after had been drifting from port to port looking for a master even while holding a fear it suppresses- for what is a droid with out a master? 'Before''s mind was not 'all together stable' and it sorely needed maintenance or perhaps the memory wipe it dreads so gravely. That- or a good master. The tinkering of the Gangsters has dissuaded it from going back to Corellia. It fears that where it to return it'd be re-purposed and wiped. It was thus fortunate that Martius found him.

Personality: Nyxera has a calm approach to things, due to her jedi upbringing. She however, seeks power after her learning of Sith Sorcery and the killing of a Jedi and Sith simultaneously.
Bio:

Nyxera was sent to the Jedi to begin her training shortly after birth. She excelled in the Telekinetic abilities and showed great promise in healing early on. She however, quickly proved to be a better swordsman than healer and she was trained more towards becoming a Knight instead of a healer. She was paired with a Human Master whom showed her different force abilities. She and her master were being dispatched when Order 66 went into effect. She and her master escape due to their not having clone troopers nearby. She grows up learning to be a Jedi. By her fifteenth birthday, she and her master decided they needed to make a difference in the balance of the force. They land on a far off world hunting a Sith Sorcerer named Varnan. Her master fell, but she escaped.

Nyxera had to learn what the self-styled Sith knew to fight back against him. Without the aid of her master, she slipped further and further from the light. Over the next six years they fought on and off. The galaxy underwent the invasion by the Eternal Empire and the great evil of the Galactic Empire was replaced. It was during this time that Nyxera caught up with Varnan. They were on the New Republic world of Onderon. They were in the capital of Iziz when they finally were forced into an engagement. They fought briefly before it became clear that Nyxera would come out victorious. That was when the newly minted Jedi Knight, Tunon, arrived on the scene. The red and silver sabers clashing together made for a sight and he moved in to stop the two possible dark side users from escaping to cause more harm, already having a reputation in several republic Systems for causing damage in their battles.

Failure to make Tunon see her as an ally and not another fallen Jedi was frustrating. The battle continued as each fighter could make gains against one opponent only to be struck at by the third. Finally, after deflecting Varnan's lightning into Tunon she saw her chance to end the fight. Deactivating her saber, she reached forth with the force and grabbed hold of both the Jedi and Sith with her Telekinesis. The Sith laughed, "Finally, you have cracked! Kneel before me and take your place as my apprentice." The Jedi on the other hand had fear in his eyes, he was helpless and begged, "Don't do it. You can always return to the light. You have Jedi Training, return to the light and all will be made whole." This was more frustrating, thinking that she needed saving. She lifted the two of them higher into the air.

She decided that day, she would be loyal to herself first no matter what. She crushed their throats and tossed them aside. She used Combustion on the sith sorcerer's ship after moving the bodies onboard. The resulting explosion destroyed any evidence of their battle as she escaped aboard a ship bound for an imperial Remnant system called Karthakk. There she joined up with a local pirate organization, The Lok Revenants, under the command of the aging Nym, a Feeorin. He was busy with his own missions for a time before noticing the force user within his organization. Rising quickly, Nyxera found herself commanding small missions after Nym was gravely injured by an Imperial attack on his base.

Less than a year ago, the Lok Revanants were defeated by a large force of Imperial Remnant forces. Nym was slain, but Nyxera managed to escape in the Havoc taking with her several droids, two which are hardwired into the ship, and a third Astromech which has helped to keep the ship running while she plots her next move.

At this point, a Phase Zero Dark Trooper would be probable. Clone War Veteran with most of their body replaced by Cybernetics, likely more cybernetics as time has gone by.
