The Stand's abilities and appearance are the same KQ but the name will be different. I had never listened to Queen Bitch but after listening to it about ten times I decided around the fifth time that's what it's name will be.

Also I don't know who wanted to make Major Tom like two RPs ago but I still really want that someone to go through with that.

Character Application
(NOTE: Please delete all parentheses in the application! Including this!!!!)

Personal Overview

Name: David Bowie

Stand Name: Queen Bitch

Age: 36

Gender: Male

Nationality/Place of Birth: English, Brixton England

Appearance:
Image Image Image Image

Bio: David Robert Jones "Davy Jones", or as we know him, David Bowie was born in Brixton, England. When he was eight, his father found him experimenting with fireworks. This would be the beginning of Bowie's obsession with explosive art. Bowie would go on to become a world famous musician, however during his Ziggy Stardust run he was shot mysteriously while practicing on stage. Many expected him to die, as the arrow had punctured right through his body. However, Bowie recovered and Bowie would take the arrow into his possession. This moment changed his life forever, he discovered he had an ability that no one else had.

Bowie would continue to use his stand throughout his career, as his obsession with explosives grew so did his need for better test subjects than small animals. Bowie would eventually start testing his stand abilities out on humans. Queen Bitch's bomb abilities were the perfect way to sedate Bowie's urges.

Now Bowie has begun the "Star-Crossed American Tour", where he plans to throw a massive concert in every state in America, every province in Canada and then finish in the Caribbeans. The first stop, Seattle Washington.

Personality: David Bowie is an artistic man, almost insane. The man has a drive to create the perfect song and believes to achieve this he must find the perfect person to explode. Bowie, while having this cruel, sadistic side to him has a gentle and caring side. He cares deeply for his band, however sometimes they have to be replaced due to them...disappearing. He has grown a fond attachment to his pet raven, Major Tom.

Supernatural Profile

Queen Bitch
Stand Namesake: Queen Bitch
Stand Appearance: Queen Bitch
Stand Powers:
  • Primary Bomb (Bomb Transmutation):By touch, Queen Bitch may charge any object as a bomb. Queen Bitch can only charge a single object, but it can be detonated multiple times as the object remains unaffected by any ensuing explosions caused by Queen Bitch. Additionally, if Queen Bitch charges a new object, the previous charged object no longer can be detonated until it is recharged once more. Once a target has touched the object, Queen Bitch can detonate the target using its right hand by pressing its thumb onto its hand, as if pressing a trigger on a handheld detonator. The charge immediately travels through the target's body before exploding.
Matching David's desire to keep his murderous life a secret, any target detonated by Queen Bitch leaves no physical evidence behind, including the person's body, their clothes, and any personal belongings on their person. However, it is possible to survive an explosion, but this is a rare occurrence. The detonations do not seem to damage any nearby walls, floors, or the charged object itself, but people within close proximity of the target can still see and feel the ensuing explosion. Additionally, the bomb does not seem to generate much sound to anyone who is not charged by the bomb.
  • Secondary Bomb ("Ashes to Ashes"): Ashes to Ashes is Queen Bitch's second type of bomb. There are two of them.
In appearance, it is as a sphere, plated, with a superficial, removable knob on its top; standing on the treads of a tank at its sides; embedded in front by a cat-skull similar to those appearing on Queen Bitch's body, with the addition of a downward dagger on the forehead, an articulate jaw, and a short spike as a nose. While it is not visible to non-Stand users, if Ashes to Ashes attaches to someone, it will leave visible tread marks on their clothing.

The bombs detaches from Queen Bitch's left hand and right hand, thus any damage or stand abilities forced upon it is reflected onto David's hands. They are completely autonomous, with an unlimited range, thus David can safely engage Ashes to Ashes and walk away a great distance while it carries out its duties. They seek out whatever the warmest thing in the vicinity is, even changing targets the second a warmer object appears. Upon reaching its target, it automatically induces an explosion with power and blast range equivalent to the the heat of the target. If Ashes to Ashes explosion was set off due to a non-human source, it will continue to seek out targets until it explodes from a human. Like Queen Bitch's first bomb, Ashes to Ashes' explosions removes all physical evidence of the target. The bodies of Ashes to Ashes are totally indestructible but it still can be affected by other Stand Effects. Its main drawback is that because of its autonomous nature, Ashes to Ashes will not always prioritize killing the intended human target(s). Secondly, David must physically retrieve Ashes to Ashes in order to deactivate it.
  • Tertiary Bomb (Under Pressure): : This bomb appears as a miniaturized form of Queen Bitch that hides within whoever it is planted on, acting independently of David's will, manifesting only when the bomb is triggered. When someone interrogates the target about David, the bomb enters their field of vision, along with their eye; before inducing an all-consuming internal explosion.

Secondly, until David finds out who the bomb killed, he lets a temporal loop occur after the killing; from one hour to one day earlier. Because Under Pressure is completely independent and autonomous, David is not informed about who gets killed, nor is he aware of every time loop. In fact, the only person who retains memory of each time loop is the person that is the trigger. The time loop causes anything that happened in a previous loop to happen again, even if someone tries to prevent it the next time. So, even if the victim doesn't interrogate the target on this occasion, Under Pressure will still kill them at the time recorded before. Only when David is confident about who died will he let time flow normally.

Thirdly, because the person on whom this bomb is planted must be alive in order to activate the trigger, Under Pressure will not harm the person in anyway during the explosions, nor will it let the person be harmed from other forces. It also appears to be able to revive that person after death.

If David wishes to use Queen Bitch, since he cannot maintain more than one potential bomb at a time, he must cancel Under Pressure. Therefore, the only way to stop Under Pressure's destiny to kill someone from a previous time loop is for David to cancel it before the designated time of death. Also Under Pressure only works on non-Stand users, such that David can only tell a non-Stand user his secrets to enable the ability.

Stand Range:Small, about 5M

  • Destructive Power:A
  • Speed:B
  • Range:D
  • Durability:B
  • Precision:B
  • Development Potential:A

Stand Weakness: Besides the bombs, Killer Queen is not the strongest stand in one on one combat. Also it's basic range is very small, however Sheer Heart Attack can be used from a far distance. Also only one bomb can be placed at one time, should David want to place a new bomb the old bomb will be gone.

Stand Range:Small, about 5M

Weaknesses: Bowie has a great attachment to Major Tom. Also due to explosive obsession he seeks out a new test subject in every state, thus he has to keep this activity a secret.

Equipment: None

Miscellaneous

Likes: Music, Explosions, Using his Stand

Dislikes: Those that criticize his "art", those that try to hurt Major Tom

Theme Song: The Man Who Sold the World

Additional Information:

RP Sample: (A link or small excerpt is fine. If this is your first RP, put N/A here and try to focus on your biography for your example.

Gonna need a hand deciding new Bowie songs for Queen Bitch's two bomb abilities.

Personal Overview

Name: Joseph Fetterman

Stand Name: Keep Quiet

Age: 27

Gender: Male

Nationality/Place of Birth: United States

Appearance: http://i.imgur.com/mljYV4q.png

Bio: After the destruction of the Pillar Men, Douglas Fetterman, a vampire who had helped the heroes, settled down in Washington and retired from his former life of hunting down criminals. He became a writer, using many pseudonyms to publish his books. He married in 1956, and had a son whom he named Joseph. During this time, he wrote a series of popular science fiction novels, and due to their popularity and inspiration of fan-works, he began to advocate for research into a field he dubbed "cybernetics" to help improve the lives of those injured or with faulty organs.

His love for machines was passed on to his son, who also adored the concept of mechanized limbs and artificial body parts. To that end, he lobbied his father to start funds for research of artificial body parts, who agreed, creating the "Protoman Cybernetics Fund". Early developments birthed bionic prosthetics that were able to mimic and replicate human movements. Then, tragedy struck. Joe, then 15, had been struck in the eye by a man wielding a bow and arrow. Finding his son, Douglas feared the worst before he noticed the appearance of an eyepiece over the eye that had been injured. He learned in the coming weeks that his son had gained powers from that event, and although he did not fully understand them, he endeavored to help teach his son how to use them and how to deal with the new voice in his head.

After reaching the age of 18, he moved out and started up a mechanics shop, where he fixed up vehicles and occasionally the odd prosthetic that entered his shop. However, his newfound stand had pressured him to follow in the footsteps of his old man. And so he set out under cover of darkness, to hunt down criminals and bring them to justice.

The Valyria Empire wrote:Who ever had the idea for Major Tom, the Crow/Raven I would love to see that return.

Ask and YE SHALL RECIEVE!
Character Application

Personal Overview

Name: Major Tom

Stand Name: Space Oddity

Age: 9

Gender: Male

Nationality/Place of Birth: North America

Appearance: Here

Bio: Major Tom was once a completely, utterly ordinary raven. Grew up like any other raven did, scavenged for food like any other raven did, formed bonds like any other raven did. This all changed one day, however, when he strayed from his flock. It was a small search for food that he thought he smelled, but when he returned, he saw something that made a part of him snap.

The rest of his flock was dead. Blood and feathers covered the snow, stray cries quickly silenced by the ones that did it. Two humans, both carrying rifles, that had apparently got bored in the woods and decided to slaughter a flock for the fun of it. Major Tom saw them laughing, stomping on the corpses of his flock, the group he had come to see as family, and found himself desiring only one thing. Revenge.

He wanted to kill them. He wanted to make them pay, and make them suffer. But they had rifles, and he was only a raven. He desired them dead, but his instincts told him to run. He didn't know how long he was sat on a tree branch but when he finished his instincts and thoughts had resolved themselves.

KILL.

He had awoken his stand from his desire to kill humans. Not just those humans, but all humans. A species capable of doing such atrocities could not, under any circumstances, be allowed to live.

After slaughtering those hunters, he took to travelling, able to hunt his own food, and killing humans in his path until he found something he never expected too. An ally.

Personality: Cruel and merciless, delights in inflicting suffering and pain, and hates humans with a passion. Major Tom has a great deal of pride in his stand and it's abilities, although that pride sometimes translates into believing that he is invincible.

Supernatural Profile

Space Oddity
Stand Namesake: David Bowie - Space Oddity
Stand Appearance: Stealth Bomber
Stand Powers:
  • Ground Control: Space oddity is able to freely move objects within 20 meters of Major Tom, although the user must be aware of said object, and that control is not absolute. While it could stop smaller objects with ease, larger/heavier objects are difficult to finely move or stop.
  • Tin Can: Space Oddity's Tin Can is it's most powerful attack. It drops a small bomb, which detonates on impact with any solid object or mass. Upon detonation, all matter within the 5 meter radius of the explosion is able to be freely manipulated by Major Tom, either scrambling all matter within it's radius or finely manipulating things and swapping or otherwise changing their positions.
Stand Weakness: Aside from Tin Can, Space Oddity has very little of it's own offensive ability. Extremely close the telekineses is decent offensively, but Major Tom needs both time and awareness to move an object at that range, leaving Space Oddity's defenses very poor.
Stand Range:
Stand Statistics (For this, use the A-E Ranking system given in the link) You will have 65 points to spend on your stats, so 20 points=A, 15=B, 10=C, 5=D, and 0=E
  • Destructive Power: A
  • Speed: D
  • Range: B
  • Durability: E
  • Precision: B
  • Development Potential: D

Weakness: Major Tom is obsessed with killing humans, and is somewhat prone to taking risks in it will cause pain and harm to a person. He also tends to underestimate people, and believes himself to be above them on all levels.

Equipment: A tiny purple hat

Miscellaneous Fun Fact: Ravens can imitate speech better than parrots in some cases, but dislikes speaking, only enjoying it as a way to communicate his hatred.

Likes: Human Corpses

Dislikes: Humans

Additional Information: Major Tom is a bird.

RP Sample: I was accepted into the previous ones.
I enjoy role-playing and ponies. I'm also descended from French kings, English kings, and Vikings. Can't speak anything other than English though.

Current catchphrase: "keep on keepin' on."

Selljoke, Jester of many courts.

Still missing the personality section and I need you to write how he ties into the RP. Just hunting down criminals isn't enough to explain why he's following the tour or at least why he's at the first stop.

Could have sworn I had the personality in there. Here we go:

Character Application

Personal Overview

As of late, however, he had heard rumors of disappearances, and most disturbingly, supposed links to the cross-country tour of David Bowie, a musician of whom Joe and his father are fans of. If these rumors were true, how long would it be before the culprit targets Bowie himself? Not willing to take chances, Joe decided to investigate matters himself, regardless of whether he ends up in the crosshairs or not.

Personality: Brash, Somewhat flirty with girls, Sometimes jumps to conclusions, very defiant

Supernatural Profile

Keep Quiet
Stand Namesake: The Protomen - Keep Quiet
Stand Appearance: Keep Quiet is an Integrated stand, and appears as a helmet. While active, Joe can turn on and off the "scanner" light. How It looks while on him Otherwise, when not "active", it appears as a metal eyepiece.

Stand Powers:
  • Silent Running: If Fetterman is completely in shadow, he is able to travel through the shadows to another point.
  • The Hounds: Fetterman is able to attach "Stalkers" when stepping on the shadows of people. The more of a shadow, or the darker it is, the better he can track them.
  • Death on Two Legs: Keep Quiet exerts an aura of fear. While strong willed opponents are able to weather this aura, weaker-willed ones are typically terrified by the appearance of Fetterman and Keep Quiet.
  • Man or Machine: Man or Machine is similar to the "Acts" of other stands. For each appearance stage of Keep Quiet, Joe's body and mannerisms change. On Act 0, Joe acts as he usually does, and has a human physiology. On Act 1 (helmet appearing), he still retains his mannerisms, but gets somewhat more serious. Act 2 has him noticeably more serious and outwardly cold, and his body is more machine like. Act 3 causes the stand's "mind" to take over, and his physiology has completely become synthetic.
Stand Weakness: Not a combat stand. Integrated with Joe, making him the target.
Stand Range:
Stand Statistics
  • Destructive Power: N/A
  • Speed: N/A
  • Range: A
  • Durability: A
  • Precision: B
  • Development Potential: A

Weakness: Not very big on planning. Kind of cocky. Frequently gets in over his head.

Equipment: .40 Revolver, Tec-9 Pistol, Knife hidden in boot, Machete, Motorcycle, Toolkit, Books, Satchel,

Miscellaneous

Likes: His Motorcycle, his father's writing, mechanical things, robots, science fiction

Dislikes: Criminals, Evil,

Theme Song: Built to Last

Additional Information:

RP Sample: I'm lazy, so tbh I don't feel like it. I was in the previous RP, and IIRC i'm in other RP's that you are or were in.

EDIT: May I make a suggestion that Bowie's secondary Bomb be titled "Under Pressure", and his tertiary bomb "A Better Future"?

I'll try to think of a name for the primary bomb.

I'll never understand why Diamond Dogs and Aladdin Sane weren't included on the Legacy Bowie Album. Still, great album really recommend it if you didn't own most of Bowie's music.

Anyway, I think Ashes to Ashes will work to replace Sheer Heart Attack, but Bites the Dust will be trickier.

Under Pressure makes too much sense not to use as the Third Bomb

Eh, I'd have it the other way. When someone is hunted by the secondary bomb, wouldn't you say that they were "Under Pressure"?

But the Third Bomb would be when Bowie is Under Pressure

You know, if actual David Bowie is going to be our main villain, I might make my Stand User a famous rockstar...

Perhaps he could be the opening act? Bowie is the MAIN villain so let's not have someone who's as famous or more famous.

Bowie's whole thing is that he's a killer in plain sight. I plan to incorporate his many characters some how.

I was thinking Phil Collins xD

Phil Collins is a pretty choice. However I still like the idea of the manager who has the ability to steal abilities, perhaps Phil can be a minor villain with the manager being higher?

Anyway, do we want our Jojo to be more Jotaro, Josuke (4) or perhaps
Josefumi

I'll have both Phil and Dio be minor villains. I can live out my fantasies, just like Arraki xD

I'll work on it more tomorrow, after my nervous breakdown :P

I quite like Josuke. Jotaro is a bit of a jerk, and kinda overhyped, imo.

Also, are those edits I made good?
