I'm going to say the Tupolev 16 shouldn't be in service yet. The standard Soviet bomber in 1952 will likely be the Tupolev 4 (a copy of the B29); NO nation should have jet powered strategic aircraft for another couple of years.

This is true, which is why the Americans built the B-36.

I suppose if the Soviets were super-focused on producing it, an early piston-engined version of the Tupolev 95 with worse-than-modern performance would be feasible (and in my opinion really cool). Wouldn't be equivalent to the B-36, but would be better than B-29 ripoffs.
