On another note, I will continue to help out the Chinese communists. They were originally well prepared (not exactly well armed but we compensate), and will do their jobs.

I mean, depending on if Tibet ends up communist, either most of the Chinese communists left to be part of the Chinese SSR or Communist Tibet, or if Tibet isn't communist, any communists remaining in China are basically forced to flee to the USSR, because Imperial Japanese propaganda the last 10 years has convinced much of the populace to fear and hate communists almost as much as they hate being run by Japan. Chinese Nationalists are the real issue for Japan, at this point; communists are unlikely to be able to do much.

So any major communist attack and such will likely be perceived as an attack influenced or perpetrated with USSR backing (which is probably true, by the way you're plotting). You'd be better off somehow arming the Chinese nationalists without them realizing who is arming them... but then we have a completely independent Nationalist China that is both anti-commie and anti-Japan on our hands, right between us, and that isn't too good.

The KMT were actually supported by the Soviets for a good amount of time, so there isn't a need to hide who they're getting their weapons from.

The Communists were actually quite popular with the peasantry of China when compared to the nationalists. Chiang was completely disconnected with the average farmer, unlike Mao, who worked alongside them (in the early days at least). A nationalist defeat to Japan would only increase dislike of the nationalists as a whole. On the other hand, I can't see Chinese people believing Japanese propaganda out of all things (it's you're asking Americans to believe Nazi propaganda). A lot of the Chinese peasantry has probably never been to developed parts of the nation either, so exposure would be low. CCP propaganda was often disregarded as a whole, and Japanese propaganda will most likely be scoffed at.

Regarding the KMT, the USSR originally supported them, but that was mainly due to Sun Yat Sen. Chiang disliked communism quite a bit.

Oh, sure they can openly support Chinese communists, if they wanna piss off Imperial Japan and increase likelihood of war/tensions will be bordering on the level of the sexual tension between Kennedy and Stalin during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

@DEA. Fair enough, but that doesn't change the above. Plus the Chinese communists, most of them, probably did make a retreat for Tibet and/or the Chinese SSR.

An attack from Soviet China would look awfully suspicious. Well, you can't catch all the potential radicals who happen to work and dress like peasants.

Fair, but if they dress and look like that, somehow getting their hands on big ass tanks and machine guns is unlikely. You'd be able to arm them with simple rifles and pistols at best, which is just helping Imperial Japan remove its communist problem by flinging rebels into bullets.

My post is going to be finished, soon; but I cut off some of the fat because I decided I didn't like some parts of it.

Final edits, then post, basically.

Hrm. Could I possibly app for either a Nazi rebel group(More likely a secretive group within the German military), or some sort of exile state elsewhere?

Tibet, the Netherlands, Turkey, Canada, more of South America, more of Africa, and Cuba/the Caribbean are still open.

Why not one of those?

Exactly. It's an insult that the Christian finds incredibly bold, and the atheist Soviets aren't really insulted.

Cause you've alreaady got stronk Japan and Monarchist Germany, so I thought it'd make some sense for there to be an exile state of former SS and party members that fled after the war, in South America or something of that sort.

Argentina? They seemed friendly enough with the Germans. Of course, being outright nazi would be committing international suicide.
